it's too late to see this video.. if you have thermal image camera, you can see where it leak since it is a hot water.. without open the wall at the first place. but learn how to patch up the wall, it is good way to go.. a lot of youtube teach you how to.. and the plumber the way they handled your situation, cutting the pipe without right tool, they are just a amateur level...
@@davidgao7048 They have pvc pipes for hot water. The hot water PVC is more yellowish looking and smaller. The normal white color PVC pipe is for cold water. She didn't say whether is hot water pipe or cold water pipe is leaking. She said her water heater pipes is leak. Water heater has three pipes. One in and two out. She didn't say which one.

$1850 USD. This is reasonable price. To patch the wall - is not difficult (should be a DIY job).
白色的管子应该是pex管子，可以理解为塑料管，分pex-a，b，c类型，c型管子可用于饮水管，管子连接为管夹，相对铜管焊接，后期不容易漏水，但塑料管成本远低于铜管。

我的天啊！我門外漢也不會這麼鋸銅管 用Pipe cutter切會切的漂漂亮亮然後再焊接. 我家的水電工都是我自己來的，Sheetrock 補洞也是很容易.
有基本动手能力的补墙刷漆很简单，但是你要考虑你自己耗费的工时，要买工具，材料计算等等

不好意思，跟你說一下，第一，那個好像不是ＰＶＣ水管的Pipe. 不知道能夠承受水壓。你可能要問一下。如果是換熱水水管，那個不知道是熱水管不是，如果換的是熱水，以後再漏水的可能性是大的。。第二，看那個助手在割管子就知道他不懂水管，他割的水管是copper pipe. 他用那個刀子割，那不是正確的工具，第三，你是可以自己補牆，非常簡單，自己做大概需要花最多兩百美金。老實說，我覺得他做的並不是很專業，
PVC pipe is NOT for hot water. They used SharkBite White PEX-B Pipe. 看那個助手在割管子就知道, 这两个人都不是真正有资格证的plumbers.

这个婆娘苯死了：这个请专业的人员完全可以准确测定那里漏点。这个测费有点贵。专业的测费房子的火险是包括的。就是保险公司可以付回的。打开地板只需十n美金就可以接回。应该不用半个小时。不要问我怎么知道的。我就是刚好遇到一样的问题。共有化了十n美金。补地用了三亇小时。
自从嘎腰子后国外华人给人印象是非蠢即坏。每次我周围华人买房子我就再三提醒，不像国内，这边是木头造的。你这儿还好，要是遇到美国南方土地湿，地基出问题了，房子就打四五折了。维护房子，买之前以为剩下的钱多得都投进去，关键是华人感觉自己每天耗的时间精力不值钱，华人感觉跟天仙童老forever 21。好不容易接受西方先进思想，结果还是家庭主妇每天围着灶台洗衣机转，跟housekeeper一样，女权独立呢？没有金刚钻别揽瓷器活。美国主妇，别说厅堂厨房，同时带三五个娃，修车修房都不误的。
