I’m a non-vegan, but I do need to incorporate more fruit and veggies into my diet. I Tried these pancakes today, and oh my goodness, they are so good. I am not a fan of bananas, but I could nearly taste them, and I like how they give the pancakes a moist texture. These are so fluffy. Thank you for sharing this recipe
I don’t agree with you. You know why? Cause the pancakes needs to be flavor. So you are gonna add as much flavor as you ca giving balance to the flavor but also tasting it so you cannot taste the baking powder.
Now, good morning plant you, channel, I made these delicious looking pancakes this morning Monday 30th August 2021, and they came out absolutely beautiful, and instead of maple syrup I used two teaspoons of honey 🍯 🍯 , and they were absolutely gorgeous, and I wanted to come back on you tube, to thank you for your awesome recipe, it is so nice to have found a vegan recipe for pancakes, as a pescatarian vegetarian myself, I make a lot of vegan recipes cause of my specific dietary needs, being lactose intolerant, and I choose your channel because I thought it sounded interested the name, and said to myself, I will give this channel a go and a try, and I was right to go with my gut, the recipe was nice, and the instructions to the recipe was very simple for me to follow, thank you once again for this recipe and making this video, it is much appreciated.
Carleigh, you are so creative!!! I saw you on Chef AJ's show recently and bought your cookbook!! I LOVE the Scrappy Shorts!!! Such a great way to not waste food. I have been WFPB for over 3 years! Very excited to try more of your recipes!!❤
Water instead of milk will work too :) I also think adding some buttermilk powder as well, would take this one up a notch or two :) I think I will try this one leaving out the baking powder or do with just 1 TBSP instead
Calreigh bodrug I made recipe like your recipe first take a left over bell pepper cut the bell pepper into small pieces add bell pepper seeds that are left over cook them with spicy pepper powder and you got capsicum bites

For banana pancakes don't forget a few dashes of nutmeg, super good. Thanks for the recipe. Looks great!
For anybody reading this, don’t use that much baking powder. You will taste it very strongly in your pancakes
Fuck I wish I saw this😭

@@deliciouscravingsbyaczapata Yes. You can strongly taste the baking soda. I teaspoon is enough.
Yeah. And I don’t think it’s really necessary. First time I see a recipe with that much baking powder 🙈
My eyebrows got up when she added baking powder.
Good video. We use applesauce in ours, and instead of vanilla, we use butterscotch, apple, etc. flavoring.
Made this today. 2 tablespoons of baking powder was not a problem. Pancakes were delicious. Thanks for the recipe.
1 ripe banana
2 cup flour
2. Cup plant milk
1 tbsp baking powder (edited)
1 tbsp vanilla extract
Optional
1tsp salt
1 tbsp maple syrup
Whisk all ingredients

Great video thank you ! Where you get the pan?
Lush 🤤 #vegantasty
Use a silicone spatula on nonstick pans like this one.
You really shouldn't use a metal spatula on a teflon pan.
It looks pretty delicious😭❤
Thanks for the recipe! They’re delicious
May I use all purpose flour? ❤
Yum
Ty!
Thank you very much!!!♡♡♡
Those look really good!
Thank you so much :)
Wow awesome and easy peezy
1 teaspoon of baking powder is enough...
What kind of brand wheat flour you use ??
I came for the Minestrone soup I saw in a SHORT, but where is it?
thank youuu
not the metal spatula on the non stick pan :(
Will it work with water ?
Yes it will

Can I use almond flour?
A reply below said they used almond flour and it came out watery. But she mentions in the video oat flour works well.
do I need to add the maple syrup?
I prefer to double the banana and skip the maple
no. A whole banana is more than enough sweetening - UNLESS one is going for more of a dessert pancakes.
No. Bananers should add enough sweetness :)
How much is one cup ?
Melinda Balks it's around 250 ml
Yes 250 ml :)
Same combo with honey instead of mapke syrup, pinch of baking sida, fry in oil for a change, it will be tasty
Horrible!!!
I use pumpkin puree in place of banana since I cant stand the taste of bananas
You either have sea salt or himalayan salt, it’s not both. Other than that great recipe
A metal spatula...
1 Banana
1/2 C almond flour
2 big pinches baking soda
1 pinch "no-salt"
1 pinch Himlayan salt
1 T zylatol
That's a banana pancake mix to live for!
Do you have to add salt
two TABLESPOONS of baking powder??? you’re joking. do one instead, or less
Did you try it? It worked for me.. Nice and fluffy and delicious. Thanks Carleigh!
Did you mean 2 teaspoons of baking powder?
how many calories?
banana
leche de avena
harina
soda
vainilla
sal
Calreigh bodrug I made recipe like your recipe first take a left over bell pepper cut the bell pepper into small pieces add bell pepper seeds that are left over cook them with spicy pepper powder and you got capsicum bites
Himalaya sea salt?
Unfortunately, I used almond flour and the result was extremely watery. 😬
