Just made these! I didn't have milk so I used water instead. I also added a pinch of salt, a pinch of baking powder, and a tablespoon of honey before blending. Worked perfectly for me. Topped the pancakes with honey after frying. Thank you so much for the experience. I will be making more of these.
Great recipe! I've made it all the times now. I find that mashing the banana in a bowl and mixing all the dry and wet ingredients in the bowl makes cleaning the blender much easier

Is this pancake supposed to be a little undercooked inside? Mines don't seem cooked through all the way, but it still tastes fine because its like a merge of thick oatmeal inside a pancake. I cook it 4 min each on both sides.

I eat a lot (High carb low fat vegan whole foods) compared to my mom or sis, but they seem to put on more weight which might be due to dairy and meat. Note that she doesn't use oil in the recipe or for greasing the pan.

Oats contains so much phytic acid, that even soaking it doesn't remove enough, and the last thing I need is phytic acid keeping me from absorbing calcium. Maybe, but you'll use less coconut flour (I don't know the conversion, but I'm sure you can look online for substitutions), and I think you'll need to add baking powder.
I did the math and the entire recipe is 610 calories if anyone is counting calories like I am to lose weight :) I would say this could be a serving for two people so that would be 305 for about 4 small pancakes.

Add a lil bit of water and use a non stick pan:)
I have tried these on several pans but they never stick! But a non-stick pan would be your best chance :) or little water as commented

Yes I had that same problem :( I think you have to make it very thin
Use a low heat and cover the pan while cooking, creates an oven like effect
