Today’s been my first day of not over exercising and trying to start recovery. Now that I’m not exercising so much I feel like I don’t know what to eat and feel suddenly scared of putting anything in my body. Watching this vid helped so much and your channel is my happy place! If you have any tips about how to beat the fear of eating and easy vegan things to eat without exercising it off, I’m all ears!
You’re doing the right thing 💖 I’m on week 3 of bed rest because of a bone stress injury, I carried on exercising and now I’ve been told I’ve got no choice 😔 it’s so hard, but do keep eating. Last year I was recovering from surgery for 3 months with barely moving and trust me your body needs a lot just to function in a day. I listened to a lot of podcasts about this I think deliciously ella spoke to a scientist about it and exercise only accounts for a small amount of what you burn. I hope that’s helpful 🙂 xxx

Definitely a day of inspiration not just the amazing food but the supportive words/advice, the adventures out and times of lovely friends...you challenge yourself in so many ways it's so amazing. I can relate to all of the rings you have shared like the meals out, the meal times, serving sizes, measuring(tracking for you), living more in the moment, being more in tuned with your body with rest/activity, being around other people....yes...you have done so well since being your recovery journey into wellness. I admire your honesty and your ur strength. Millie you enlighten out day/life's. Tehehe so so amazing. I'm so happy for you and incredibly proud of you. Keep doing your best as I've said...nor pressure, no worries about things turning out no the way you want them to be or putting this out for the people that are subscribed/follow you. You NEED an adequate amount of food simply to survive, regardless of whether you do any exercise 🙏🏼
Maybe try and find other interests/hobbies that you can do in the time you’d normally exercise eg: online courses, creative stuff etc
