Pro tip: burn the onion before putting it into the slow cooker it enhances the taste. Also you can add green parsley. It makes it smell nice and has nicer color ❤

This kind of content is so nice that you’re eating meats and carbs and veggies and THREE MEALS A DAY PLUS SWEETS. We were never taught how to live alone or necessarily cook for 1 person so content like this is so amazing for girls our age to see.

@@lh6948 I was personally never taught to cook for one! I grew up in a large family so even if my mom wasn’t the one cooking I was always cooking for more than myself! But that’s just my experience haha

As someone who can’t have dairy I’ve found for Yorkshires the best milk alternative is a thinner sweet milk, something like rice milk, the thinness helps it rise and the sweetness helps it brown. Probably still not as good as proper milk though ahah

Omg that lemon chicken is mine and my partners favourite. Every time I get an ocado order I get them. We also get those eggs as well, sometimes I'll get the white ones as my little girl loves them. Ocado is great! This was a really enjoyable video. I love cooking and getting some inspiration for that is so good. I'm going to be trying the cornflake bar and the broth as I love making chicken noodle soup from scratch and that would be perfect to go with it.

The plums are in season in South Africa (it's summer here), people say that because it wont be a local product (if it was local than it would likely be artificially ripened and therefore not as nutritious..) but for peace of mind plums are in season in South Africa and the best fruit is exported and therefore you will likely get even better fruit than we can get here (I am South African)

You may be vitamin D deficient!! That sluggish feeling during winter can mean that you don’t get enough vitamin d :) it’s worth looking into!
And I love the idea of adding lemon and ACV to the broth! So smart! I make bone broth rather often so I will have to try it :)

Always chocolate in the cupboard! It’s never in the fridge in the shop?! Plus I hate cold, hard chocolate. If anything, sometimes I deliberately melt my chocolate sometimes cuz gooey, warm choc is incred ❣
