Nice review, straightforward and detailed at the same time. Hope to get this for my Base PS4 when it eventually gets discounted, or if it ever comes to PC...
Very nice review and glad it seems to be good. Will pick it up when the physical copies release. It looks pretty identical to the Xbox One X version which is pretty much all I wanted out of a Playstation port. Only bummer is the price, but I never played the game before so this is a new experience to me.

@@hollowinside1962 Uh no, just go play it on XBOX. Stop handing out money to a company that only wants a cash grab. Having played this game multiple times, I can say with certainty R* is doing this out of a nostalgic money grab. That's it, because all the people who own the XBOX version still have all the DLC, which you won't have. Myths and Maverics, gold guns, special outfits. Yeah, have fun with single player cheat codes.

Some people don’t have it on an older console, and some people may not like Xbox or want to dish out even more money just to play it, but that’s just me 😅

Like a movie. The only place you can play these 2 GOAT games at 60 or higher is PC.
RDR2 is the only game I can handle playing at 30fps. I don’t think it feels that bad. Some games feel terrible when running at 30fps.
Red dead revolver actually ran at 60 fps on xbox and red dead 2 at 60 on PC if your PC can handle it
For me only red dead redemption 1 is stuck at 30 fps, hopefully i will run the game at 60 fps on the switch emulator
@@hollowinside1962 I’m not sure if it’s laziness on Rockstar’s behalf or if Red Dead 1 is so messy that making it 60FPS would break the game. I remember reading that the devs said it was a miracle that the game even worked on 360 and PS3.

Not sure if I should consider it too expensive or totally worth it. For me personally, it’s a pleasantly improved and 100 % stable version of one of the best games in history. It has made my old PS3- and 360-copies of the game completely obsolete, and it’s one of my all-time darlings. I’ve dished out 50 $ for far less, to be honest. To conclude, I have no regrets about buying it, but at the same time it’s hard to recommend it to just anyone.
Telling it like it is. Instead of ranting like everyone else. It’s now the best way to play the game even at 30fps.
