I met a woman whose parents moved to Polk County, Florida because they were victims of crime twice. (Armed robbery, car jacked at gunpoint) They lived in Chicago and were prisoners in their own home except for work. Once they retired they never looked back and are living a normal life now. We didn't have any incidents of violence when I lived in The People's Socialist Republic of Minnesota but it was only a matter of time. We lived about 15 miles from were George Floyd died of a drug overdose. We're living in a 2nd amendment sanctuary county. Our sheriff is a good man. Even though our small town is said to be the most dangerous city in Florida we are blessed to live in the country.

Agents asked permission to take the clock I was hand-carrying; if I refused, the clock would be taken from me to be gone thru for contraband, and shipped to me at my cost. I do not see this being done at both North and South borders. 😡

Praise God for Polk County. I live in Georgia, and while we have great Law Enforcement, Florida is GREAT. They keep it from hitting I-75 and then our gates in Atlanta, and beyond. We have real issues as a society, but if we can stop it from coming in, then we can begin to fight the issue. WE also are educating our teens about Opioid and Fentanyl problems. We had medical lock downs more and more as we get closer to summer time and final exams.
