You might want to consider making Playlists so it's easier to find your reactions to artists that your audience is looking for. Looking through uploads or using RUclipss search which sucks, makes it hard if someone wants to hear a particular artist. Thanks!
I'm 52. What you hunger for definitely evolves as you age. Maybe it's money when you are young and broke. True freedom is not the ability to have all your worldly desires. It's to be FREE of those desires. ;)
To answer your question I think that we are all hungry. 20 hungry to find your path and place. 30 hungry for career elevation and family. 40 hungry for stability and freedom from debt. 50 hungry for retirement: 60 hungry for youth. 70, 80, + I don’t know( nobody in my family has lived that long. So at 69 I will probably be hungry for 71. And some Taco Bell. 😄
I found I was hungry in my late teens and early 20's, but from late twenties it changes to a different type of hunger, one that encompasses more. When you reach late 40's it's still there, but in a way it begins to shift to a legacy type of thinking, rather than a here and now. It's kind of hard to explain till you've been there, it's more of a grounded hunger is the only way I can describe it. That probably doesn't really answer your question, and may not be the same for others, I can only speak for myself ofc👍🏻 The biggest lesson I learned, that took me a long time if I'm being 100, is that anything worth having takes time and never comes overnight. Basically, Work hard, put in the effort, in whatever path you choose and stick with it, and it'll happen, even if you think it's gonna take too long, it's worth it. Time really does fly, the one thing everyone above 30 will agree on is that.
I’m 57 - lately it occurs to me, what a long strange trip it’s been. Seriously - you’ll be happier with the small thing you did do a stranger, than any easy win. Humility is in some, others learn it. Those who don’t, boast but feel empty - thinking of a candidate 😂
I feel like you are giving this young man some God insights. He is definitely on an interesting path . I mean to even want to have this discussion in his comment section . Also he is always sending out that positive energy .
Great reaction! You are diving deep! That reference to Leonard Cohen is about his poem/song, "Hallelujah". The best cover of that song is done by K.D. Lang. Have fun!
I’m 64 and I am hungry now to be as creative as I possibly can be - singing in the band, writing songs. Poetry and stories. And making art. I’ve never been more on fire! ❤
Cool reaction. Like this track - it’s kinda showcase - my flows, my bars, my cultural knowledge. Love the Django Reinhardt drop. Then Frankie Sina - tra. Trainers are all sneakers/kicks in England. Owens, runnng, Cohen, hallelujah and I got X-clan at the end, What you want - show’s his early love.
M8 it doesn't stop. I'm now 56 and been married and divorced and im still hungry for my little bit of paradise..!! I'm homeless since the divorce and been currently living in my camper van the last 4 yrs.! Ren got me hooked sometime mid last year 2023 and at a time when i needed a voice, Hi Ren was my first impression of Ren,i then jumped on the tales trilogy, and then popped up the money game saga.!! I've spent every day since that genius popped up on my feed, watching everything on Ren's chanel, and even found new stuff via reactors.!! This guy and his amazing collaborators in his bands and duets, with multiple female and male singers is just outstanding. I'm glad i lived to see this birth of a mega star, and those other celestial bodies that Rens gravity has captured .!! I feel blessed. ❤️🙏🙏🙏😁
Going on 39 this year. Yes the older you get the more you feel the hunger. The focus shifts to real shit, when your life becomes not your own. Young hunger is egocentric.
I will be 75 in March 2024. I suffer with chronic pain, in heart failure now also. My only hunger at this stage in my life is good night sleep! Damn it I just can't seem to sleep well anymore. Getting old sucks.
Great reaction bro ❤. Look I’m 58 year old a broken diabetic epileptic and yes I went back to running at 57 and I’m now ranked 6th for my aged group. So yes the older I get the more I feel the hunger. At the crossroads you can choose to be the victim or to be vulnerable and victorious. You are the decisions you make so get after it and help yourself and everyone around you. ❤ Wishing you every success and happiness bro peace and love from Australia as there is nothing you can’t achieve if you are brave enough and work hard enough 💪 on yourself with good people around you
Great reaction!😊 I'm glad you've discovered and covering Ren If you didn't already know, he makes his own beats, produces his tracks, mixes post production, etc. Oh yeah and directs or co directs on some with Sam Perry-Falvey his cinematographer on his videos.
As much as I love Ren, while he may make most of his own beats, he doesn't make them all. Also, Fred Miller mastered the Sick Boi album. But yeah, Ren's still a genius nonetheless.
Be hungry and don't be lazy. Plan, but execute. If you fail, learn from it and move on. You will win if you don't bitch about others or the economy past and present. Do any job to get the money and then use the money to work for you. Ultimately, it is your time that is the most important thing in this World, spend it wisely with the people you love. Ren is probably one of the greatest artists to come about in the past few decades. You can tell he has the soul and intelligence of what the World is and the evil that operates it. His music inspires us all to escape it and be better human beings.
I’m 67, I’m still hungry to continue to do great things. My desire is to make a positive difference in the world every day. I encourage young people to be hungry, non stop. My New Years resolution every year is the same: Don’t beat yourself up. ❤
I didn’t really answer your question. I’d have to say I’ve always been hungry. Age and perspective will just change what you are hungry for. As long as your mind is growing and learning you are hungry. When you don’t have an appetite, you wither and die
I think the hunger never stops, and societal pressures have a lot to do with that! Hunger means motivation and that's a good thing! Just don't compare yourself with others and that hunger will subside! You can hunger for material things or personal growth! Great reaction to one of Ren's finest display of rap skills🎉😊
Loved this reaction love when Ren raps raps plus he makes his own beats and is beat boxing in the background so skilled and so versatile. He kills every genre he touched
Im 61. I was in college and still not finished at 27. I got pregnant with my son and got hungry real fast. Finished quick. I dont think age is a factor. Its all about what motivates a person.
I'm 50. I raised my kids, never really had a career, just blue collar jobs. Now the only hunger I have is for a cheeseburger with a side of onion rings.
Well man you’ll go far with a thoughtful mind - I’m 49 and in my 20s was hungry to prove myself. People afford a natural respect (not always deserved) as you get a bit older into your 30s. Still hungry then. Settled more into my path in my 40s and you learn to refine your hunger into something that is more comfortable to wear. But it’s still there. And you have to keep learning. Hope that makes sense.
Great reaction, I thought you would probably like this one! As for your question, I'm 50 years old, and I agree with others who have said that what you hunger for changes. As you get older, you come to understand yourself better, you (hopefully) get more comfortable with yourself, and that influences what your goals are.
Phew, tough question. I think young people have a lot more energy, but age helps you to keep your feet on the ground. You become more confident and therefore calmer. However, you decide on paths during your lifetime and some decisions are life-changing. So you lose flexibility in old age, but you gain peace and security in return. Other values become important to you, so getting older is cool, well I think life is cool. But the decisions you make are the foundation of the house and the freedom of youth is somewhat restricted. I think it's just good to live in the moment and enjoy it. Xarexes (50 years old). PS: And make mistakes, you learn the most from them ^^
If you want to here dope rap on an EDM beat check out Ren-Loosing it (ficher retake) I dare you to get all the shouts out and references he gives to artists he loves and respect
Just turned 50 and, for me, the hunger has changed. I was desperate for a different life when I was your age. Didn't know what I wanted, but was willing to work and study hard. Did well professionally until I got sick in my late 30s. I'm only making ends meet while on disability because of my workaholic ways back then, but I might not have ever gotten so sick if I had addressed my trauma and mental health issues when I was in my 20s. I'm confident in saying I would have made better choices in a romantic partner had I gone to therapy. It's east to delay (not avoid) self-examination by jumping into the rat race and making money. When you get closer to dying, your reflections are different. What do you accept about yourself? What do you want to change or accomplish before your time is gone? I think Ren's situation is interesting because he had to start dealing with those questions (and other philosophical wanderings) at your age because he literally didn't know how much longer he had and was extremely sick. Imagine having so much ambition (and talent), but being restricted to your bed for *years*. He wanted to make meaningful statements, and I'd say he's been successful.
I'm 44 going on 45 and I'm hungy to do something worthwhile(what i feel) with my life and for my family. Thats all i aim for these days. Great reaction, cheers brother!
Join a trade union. With most trade unions In 3-5 years you're making 6 figures with full benefits and retirement. But that's only if you are willing to work for it. How hungry are you?
From what I’ve seen you’re never comfortable. Life is give-and-take, but it takes a lot. Life takes a lot from you. The reason Ren feels that way is because he had a deal with Sony records before he got sick and then he got sick and spent 10 years trying to overcome it. His life was essentially put on hold, and he’s finally been properly diagnosed he’s getting treatment and actually feels like he can make his dreams come true.
If you get older you know you have to do more than when you were just in your 20s . If you are a teen or in your early 20s . Enjoy your freedom . I hear most of the people in this age group complain . But you don't know what's waiting later on in life . Than it begins the real chalange for you will be looked down on and everybody relies on you . Taking care of the old and trying to keep the young on the strait and narrow . Not fun and degrating .
Dude you are one of the very very few reactors who picks up on the grind up my beef too but if we got a problem my brother. I've binged tons of reactors over the last few months and I like your style..
My goals for 2024. I am 58 and out of shapre but not overweight. My goal is to get back into shape in any way I can. My next goal is to watch every REN video that comes out this year and purchase his next album! The older I'm getting the more I feel the HUNGER. In 'Money Game 3' there is a bit of truth in the whole affair with Jimmy's life. You absolutely need to plan now to live later in life. You need to set yourself up for success NOW, not in your 30's or 40's. Most important thing to do RIGHT NOW is to begin investing. Open an ETRADE or IRATE trading account or through your bank. Invest $100+ per month; that is all you need right now. Invest more later on when you can. Cut out the shit you do'nt need in life now. Live frugally. And if life hits you hard for any reason, think about what REN is teaching us through his music. Go with the flow and let the pain teach you wisdom and perseverence. But never touch your investments if at al possible.
You have to be more hungry. As you get older, it harder and you have less time to make that bread. So you have to chase it harder and grind harder to make sure you have enough put away. So that you can then enjoy youre golden year of life more, once you put all that bread away.
Watch the Rap God video by Ren. He is faster than Eminem. He has more cadences too. The best White rapper is English now. Eminem needs Dre. Ren makes his own beats. Beatboxes. Makes his own videos. You tell me who has more talent? In answer to your question you should not be that hungry at your age. Have fun. Get hungry in your late 30s.
Your 20's are for learning, your 30's are for thriving... I don't know about getting hungrier, as I'm not the type to chase money, but as I've gotten older the only thing I know to be true is my "give a f***" about what others think has dwindled. I'm 38. My family can afford the life we've built, I don't strive for more, but I also wasn't bed ridden like Ren during my youth.
In my 20 I didnt care , got educated in furnitur . Al around me ran around like on fire like the rabbit in Alice's Adventures in Wonderland . Now over 50 and I'm oki with al and those hwo ran in the 20 are bitter and blaming everybody they can for everything both real and imagined things 😅
I’ll be honest I’m not really into rap lol I grew up on Pink Floyd ELO PRINCE DAVID BOWIE Tom petty .. Some of the GREATS! But ren does make rap more fun for me And I am 56 and the only thing I’m hungry for anymore is ice cream 🍨 lol But I really love most everything ren does Just something unique there 🤩✌🏼
There's definitely more pressure on you as you get older. Kids and teens think they have real pressure and a few of them do but it's nothing compared to the pressures you face when your real adult life begins. Life is hard, unfortunately. Your young years are a piece of cake in comparison. Though the rewards can be great too. Just bear in mind that it's friends and family that will make life bearable and give you nearly all of your best memories. Focus on that, rather than on money and fame and you'll be ok. Obviously you need a certain amount of money for basic needs but, beyond that it really is hugely overrated! It probably sounds like trite advice to you now but you'll understand the truth of it more and more, as you get older. Don't be afraid to take chances and to follow dreams, just don't make money and fame your dream, because it'll only lead to fool's gold and no lasting happiness. Above all, be yourself! Your REAL self! Don't worry about following the crowd or trying to fit in. The most attractive people, in every sense, are those that are truly themselves, flaws, mistakes, weaknesses, vulnerabilities and all. They're real, open and usually much happier than those who, often subconsciously, are hiding behind a wall, trying to be something/someone they're not. It's difficult at first but becomes easier and easier. It requires genuine self-reflection, the ability to be honest with yourself and admit, to yourself, that you're not perfect, have flaws and make mistakes. Long term, it's the surest route to happiness. You'll often find that what you viewed as flaws, weaknesses or vulnerabilities, are actually some of your greatest assets! :) Lastly, I'd say don't be TOO goal orientated. Have the courage to just be sometimes. Live in the moment as much as possible and try to keep a child's wonder for the 'little' things in life. I remember thinking, after leaving university at 21, that if I got my own home and became financially stable, hopefully with a loving partner, that life would be basically sorted and anything else would just be cherries on the top. Life doesn't work like that unfortunately. You reach a desired goal, only to find it hasn't solved all your problems or made you content and now you face a whole new set of pressures, challenges, problems etc. P.S. Always remember that being on welfare in the Western world, makes you better of financially, than 95% of human beings in this World. I'm not saying you'll be on welfare but I've found this a useful fact to keep in the back of my head. It keeps some of my problems in perspective. :)
I got a bricklaying apprenticeship in 75 i was fifteen, they told me i wouldnt be paid an adult mans wage until i had built my first house myself. I did at twenty one, burnt out at fifty but really its all downhill from thirty five so tic tok dont waste any days.
I'm way older than you. I'm 55 & the one positive thing is that I could not give less of an F about what anyone thinks of me. I'm gonna be what I'm going to be. I'm worried about my future financially. But, if I end up living off the system at least I won't be ashamed.😂 IDGAF!!!!! In other words don't worry about what others think of you while you're chasing your dreams. It's just wasted time. I'd be a lot better off if I had trusted myself instead of letting the opinions of others change my course.
Youth has more energy. Agree has more wisdom. Hunger with energy is muscle power. Wisdom with hunger is strategic power. The older you get, the amount of energy needed to chase the hunger decreases. As far as I'm concerned, it equals out. Hunger is the real variable. Staying hungry throughout life is almost impossible.
QUESTION FOR YALL AT THE END!!
Older. More fake pressure. Doesn't hit like before when everything felt like new.
@@palindrome8742interesting!! Gotchu!
You might want to consider making Playlists so it's easier to find your reactions to artists that your audience is looking for. Looking through uploads or using RUclipss search which sucks, makes it hard if someone wants to hear a particular artist. Thanks!

I’m 38 and I can say yes it definitely is a different hunger, for something deeper
Lang. Have fun!
Naw fam, best cover is Buckley
Illest of our time is great rap man!I’m 65yrs old, love Ren, and there is never enough time don’t waste it.

I’m 64 and I am hungry now to be as creative as I possibly can be - singing in the band, writing songs. Poetry and stories. And making art. I’ve never been more on fire! ❤
Jesse Owens 1936 gold medal track Olympian, won it in Berlin nazi Germany in front of Adolf Hitler.
Cool reaction.

From what I’ve seen you’re never comfortable. Life is give-and-take, but it takes a lot. Life takes a lot from you. 2024 regain my throne!
I'm 53 and happily married but I want more in life. I'm hungry for what I can still achieve
48 and YES!
Four gold medailles ❤❤❤
Dude if you want to hear him really rap then you got to hear his song Losing it then you will see
Your 20's are for learning, your 30's are for thriving...
Got it! Thats the way to think!
In my 20 I didnt care , got educated in furnitur . Al around me ran around like on fire like the rabbit in Alice's Adventures in Wonderland .
Now over 50 and
I'm oki with al and those hwo ran in the 20 are bitter and blaming everybody they can for everything both real and imagined things 😅
I’ll be honest
I’m not really into rap lol
I grew up on Pink Floyd
ELO
PRINCE
DAVID BOWIE
Tom petty ..
Some of the GREATS!
But ren does make rap more fun for me
And I am 56 and the only thing I’m hungry for anymore is ice cream 🍨 lol
But I really love most everything ren does
Just something unique there 🤩✌🏼
There's definitely more pressure on you as you get older. :)
Lastly, I'd say don't be TOO goal orientated.
Ill be 80 the 1st of February and im definitely a Renegade.❤❤❤ stay safe.
Wow!!! Congratulations 🥂💙
I got a bricklaying apprenticeship in 75 i was fifteen, they told me i wouldnt be paid an adult mans wage until i had built my first house myself. I did at twenty one, burnt out at fifty but really its all downhill from thirty five so tic tok dont waste any days.

The saying goes.... life is wasted on the young
I'm retired now, but I was always hungry to make money to pay bills, and to provide a good upbringing for my children. It was very hard. 😎
I'm in my 50s, this week alone, I've applied for 6 promotion opportunities... answer your question? 😊
Best of luck!
im 56 have all i need no resolutions been there done that so yeah
I'm way older than you. I'm 55 & the one positive thing is that I could not give less of an F about what anyone thinks of me. I'm gonna be what I'm going to be. I'm worried about my future financially. But, if I end up living off the system at least I won't be ashamed.😂 IDGAF!!!!!
In other words don't worry about what others think of you while you're chasing your dreams. It's just wasted time. I'd be a lot better off if I had trusted myself instead of letting the opinions of others change my course.
I retired in 2023. In 2024, I want to figure out how to spend all my extra time the best for me and for others.
Depends on the life you lived. Not everyone has an equal existence, I'm afraid to say.!☹️
Way to put it! Thank you💙
