When I got to my car all of a sudden this guy started following me in a white car and then he turned on a blue light located on the dashboard of his car. I didn't understand it but I knew it wasn't a cop. I went ahead and I drove to a college that was a busy area with cars and people. I parked. I acted like I was going in one of the buildings for a class and then he drove away. That college was about 8 mi from the park. It freaks me out. So he followed me all the way from the park to the college but didn't drive on college parking property. This whole time he had that blue light on.

The majority of them are not going to take the time, have the awareness or even know to look at the colour of the lights to determine the legitimacy of the person driving the other vehicle. We had something very similar in Michigan a few years ago. He had a black SUV that the local police used. He had a sign on the side of the car, a gun, a computer, and lots of lights. He was in the act of pulling someone over, for something, after complaints of him harassing women and more. Well it was his luck, and good luck for the victims, that the local sheriff was driving by. He pulled up behind the moron and asked who he was. He said "I'm with the sheriff's office", confidently. who are you?" "I'm the sheriff". The idiot was arrested, but couldn't understand why and lightly resisted before finally giving in.

We had something very similar in Michigan a few years ago. He had a black SUV that the local police used. He had a sign on the side of the car, a gun, a computer, and lots of lights. He was in the act of pulling someone over, for something, after complaints of him harassing women and more. Well it was his luck, and good luck for the victims, that the local sheriff was driving by. He pulled up behind the moron and asked who he was. He said "I'm with the sheriff's office", confidently. who are you?" "I'm the sheriff". The idiot was arrested, but couldn't understand why and lightly resisted before finally giving in.

This is the kind of person who needs a deep background check done on him , he’s the sort who could be a serial rapist or serial killer going State to State and using that fake police stuff to do it .
