  • In this episode we are in the beautiful island of Sicily, Italy. The Mediterranean is a very difficult place to dive and it takes some adjustments to get used to how spooky the fish are. However we still find some beautiful fish including corvina, dentex and gilt head bream. The landscape is simply stunning and we locate some epic underwater caves!
Massive thank you to Cristian for taking us out diving. Please go show his channel some love!

Just try to slow down your moves when you are in water, and try to be quiet, fish in the Adriatic is very sensitive to that and it runs away even before you can see it. And try more searching in holes and caves, for beginner it is better option, you will catch more fish.

I was wondering how long you can hold your breath for and whats an average dive time? Do you work on breathing exercises and do you have any tips for a longer dive.

    • @DanielMann

I have a video entitled Why you can’t hold your breath longer spearfishing. I’m sure it will help you. I don’t do any exercises, just keep fit and dive as much as possible.
