The Nit Terminator comb was life-changing! And your method of how to part/clip the hair and work from small sections has been so helpful! Thank you so much!!!
This is a lot easier when you are standing above your child’s head and combing through the separated hair segments, seeing the eggs to target, but how would you apply the comb-out technique on your own head? Any tips?
I notice you go back in with the comb over and over without cleaning in between passes. Would that redeposit the lice, nits, or eggs that are still in the comb from previous combings back into the hair? I clean the comb in between passes (I use water from the faucet directly on the comb because it's faster and gets them all out in between passes compared to a tissue and or banging on the counter) but I'm looking for a quicker way to get through sessions. If I can get away with going back in the with the comb over and over without cleaning it like you did in the video I would definitely do that.
I am on my my mom‘s account she told me to look and see how I can come out of her hair me my sister and my mom all have lice so I’m trying to come out of my mom‘s hair this video is so helpful thank you so much 😊
I pulled a lice out of my hair today and idk how I got them because my brother has COVID I’ve been stuck at home for Christmas and I’m not allowed out of quarantine! Where did I get them from 😭
@@yanawalls yeah, I made a bad decision and I didnt tell anyone about it soo after this comment i had them for soo long we only got rid of them last week
@@saoirse00 well at least you got rid of them. After you have them if your head itches while having them it will still itch for around 2 weeks after so just apply coconut oil to the itchy parts and that should help
I also currently have so many stubborn nits in my hair as well and l am currently trying to remove them by using a detection nit comb and use it on damp or wet hair after you wash it. I tried it, and l removed quite a lot. I'm not saying that they're completely gone but try using a detection nit comb on damp or wet hair regularly until you are sure they are gone. Also try using shampoos that are for head lice in the meantime. I got rid of the live lice but l still got LOTS of nits to deal with.
The poor model 😂 she’s like damn what did I get myself into . Anyway thanks super helpful . My daughter has lice at the moment. Worst thing I thing I have ever went through / experienced as far as the ick factor goes . Gave her a real nice treatment 2 nights ago . Brushed out eggs again last night . Tonight had her shampoo and have a rest night but I still combed throughout. And a live dying bug fell out . I have been itchy ever since finding out she has it . I want to treat myself but I don’t have it so for now I won’t . But yuckies this stinks
Why does your head still itch after getting treated by a lice clinic? Help also can you spray something in hair to prevent lice again? Sucks schools do nothing about it.
I am divorced and it seems like every time my daughter comes home from her dads she has lice! I’m so frustrated. We treat, treat, treat. I go through her hair almost daily. She is the only one from my house that gets it. What can I do to help prevent it better!!!
Make sure she wears he hair up the entire stay, let her take her own pillows and blankets. Sometimes after you remove the lice her head can still itch for a few days and if she constantly has it she will be itching. You can use coconut oil to easy the itch. Make sure to check her head frequently
I’m having the exact same issue 😭 I’ve been using tea tree oil on my older two when they go back to their dad. (I tried coconut oil but he complained that he had to pay a hairdresser $40 to get the coconut oil out) I just used dawn dish soap to get the coconut oil out
So a few months ago I got lice-I don’t know the frick it happened I haven’t been many places at all except for when school started but I got lice before that

Apparently once you get them in the comb you can’t “place them back in” the host louse sticks her eggs on there in a way a comb can’t do
Yes ,lice may go back into the head ,the nits though won't reattach . I also use the faucet ,much easier and less gross.
What have you applied before combing her hair

I read comb as come and I'm wheezing...sorry 😂😂
Does flicking comb loosen the bristles
I wondered the same thing
Have you ever gotten lice while treating others?
Where can I get the oil treatment
What is in the comb out moose?
Yes I want to no too
is it done in any parlour or clinic?
Hi I'm trying to buy the products but I don't see shipping to Ontario Canada?? I would really love to buy these.😊

Sometimes you don’t know you have lice for ages. Most peoples head will itch but then they ignore it and they end up discovering lice weeks later

Use conditioner and a nit comb then blow dry and flat iron your hair
Can we do this on ourself
Yes
What are you applying before combing??
You can use olive oil. The comb will glide through just fine
How can you see the lice when a the person has dark hair like mine
I suggest weekly comb outs with a nit comb. You would see the nits in the comb and possibly bugs also.
@@TheLiceLady how if we don't have a comb
Will all eggs come out from combing?
Yes

Its a good thing i keep back of my head shaved cuz thats where the lice lay most eggs n live there cuz its the moist n warm back there
They can also lay by the ears…

Easy when it’s a child you’re doing it for but not so easy when you have to do your own hair.
Just try your best. Its better to do this everyday for a week. You'll get rid of them

@@crisseldaacuna9180 soak hair in alcohol. Wrap plastic bag around hair like towel. Have child cover their face bc it is strong.
