I’ve been fight lice for about 6 months because I’m a single mom of two at 30 and I can’t afford $100 prescription but unfortunately I believe they’re in my eyelashes in my hair and I am African-American as well so most people didn’t believe that I actually had lice but if you can help me what product or link can you provide me so I can purchase from you or your best recommendation because this is driving me crazy! And I have two school-age children four years old and 11 years old and I definitely don’t want to give it to them or anybody else in my house thanks so much for the advice and the videos

The treatments are only one small part of the battle. You need to comb out their hair every day for 2 weeks.
It took four days of lice combing close to the scalp and using two different treatments: dimethicone and ivermectin lotion. When their hair has been washed and is nearly dry, use a cosmetic hair flat iron on it's absolute lowest setting 265°. Those eggs will make a popping sound. Using two different medications, the combing, and the flat iron helped me rid the infestation of me and my daughter over the course of the weekend. I also now throw in a cup of Borax in our wash. I have bought a lice preventative spray that has rosemary and tea tree oil. School nurse said spray their heads with hairspray after the lice are gone to deter reinfestation. Good luck to you!
After I thought that we were done. I found about ten lice hiding and feeding out in a pocket of skin in my upper ear, so gently swab that area to check
