I Think Neon is the best linear switches for me now. It's perfect stock and sound's very clacky and smooth too. Let's check out my typing sound a Neon with my neo65 :D
Why didn't you lube the Neons? Asking because I have some Neons incoming, but im wondering how they'll sound and feel after some DIY lubing. If you have done it post making this video, could you share with me your thoughts or findings related to this? Cheers!
Other than 5-10% of the Neons being kind of sticky, the rest were absolutely perfect and I don't think I could do a better job haha. Any application of thicker lunes might mute the high pitched clackiness that I love from the Neons, so I didn't bother 😁. Have fun with them!
@@meboard Ah, so it's just preference then. In that case, I'ma have to make my own comparison then lol maybe take 3 out of the stock ones (since I got 10 extras) and lube them and do a comparison on a board, see whether lubed or stock feels and sounds best for me.
