Is this one of the apartments owned by Klimencic Properties? Im looking at moving out there for the military and was looking at the ones on Sidney St. Is this one of those ones in that strip? You dont have to disclose the address if so
Is it an optical illusion, or is your apartment a little lower than the ground outside. It looks like when you see out your window that the ground is almost level to the window.
Nice apartment Larry,do the cats come with the apartment or are they extra,either way they're a nice touch plus I notice your apartment is a little Beatlecentric which is not necessarily a bad thing but I think it's obvious that you like them a little bit,I also half expected to see your friends Phil and Gus hanging around as well,by the way how are those guy's?,anyway your place looks nice Larry and the rental price is absolutely great!,my wife,my son and myself pay way more then that plus utilities where we live here in Markham. Bob.

No, it goes up a bit every year but I only pay $810 a month, which includes heat and hydro, so I'm very lucky.
