The problem with Paddy is, UFC were pushing a guy based on charisma instead of skill. He’s not a championship level fighter whatsoever, so they had to feed him guys he could beat. Once he got exposed, it was over.

As for Reyes vs Jones, I think it's closer than you're making it out to be. Reyes landed more sig strikes, but Jones had the takedowns and control. It's not that simple.

All Dana cares about is making money. How many bad calls have we seen like that Paddy make some money, so yeah, he gets the win. We saw it with Ronda Rousey we’ve seen it and other fights it’s pathetic, but Dana is all about the money not the purity of the sport.
My problem with Paddy was when he gave Dana a blow job, hating on Ariel Helwani. Telling him if he wants to interview him, he has to pay....But at the same time was interviewing a lot of stars on his own podcast and wasn't paying for a single interview. I feel he could have recovered from the post fight interview given some time and reflection on his part and acknowledgment that it was close and he talked shit due post fight due to the moment and adrenaline etc, It wouldn't have hurt his stock much at all.
