You are one hard working lady!!! I got dahlia envy as I watched your video. I'll be planting my first dahlia tubers ever this spring, and blizzard is one variety that I plan to plant. Best wishes to you from illinois 🙂
When will you plant the tubers? I’m in Michigan as well and love following you! I’m very new but did dig up mine from last season. Thank you in advance!
Thank you for sharing and updating your farm life! Honestly, I can't even imagine how you have the time and energy to do all you do plus film and edit! Praying you and your family have a blessed Christmas, and peaceful wintertime.
It's awful how a heavy frost causes large, flower-laden dahlias to just collapse 😢 I live in a really cold zone and at my local golf course the dahlias are left in the ground over winter and they just burst forth in spring! I have a sneaking suspicion they can withstand more cold than we think. This year I'm gonna leave a few out there with some surface protection... It's a hard job this, I reckon..
Love to see how you do that, thank you!!
You are so welcome!
Did you dig all of those up by yourself??😮
Yep! It's a good workout ;)

Thank you so much for the kind comment- we had a wonderful holiday + are continuing to enjoy the slower pace of winter! Praying the same for you!💛
