Any thoughts on who makes a better telescoping cane? Thank you.

Yay! This gave me a better idea of what the ceramic tip is like.

Good video but most places actually instruct you not to put your hand through the elastic cord or loop because you can get your cane yanked out of your hand by something and it can cause you to trip over. The loop is part of the elastic cord that is typically throughout the cane and is used once the cane is folded up to keep the cane from expanding/coming together when you don't want it to. You should never have your hand, or wrist inside of your elastic loop for your cane.

Is that a full mobility cane or an id cane ?

It's a lightweight mobility cane designed for occasional use. It's not sturdy enough to be an everyday rough terrain cane but it does work for mobility. I hope that explains it!
