I just got this safe yesterday and it sometimes doesn't open, it'll open if I closed it gently plus it won't open if I use either..

What a piece of junk, opens about 3 times then starts sticking, can't get it opened without a magnet on the door to pull it open, sent it back and got another and it did the very same thing.
