I am just returning one as for music it is fine but I wanted to connect two bluetooth speakers to my projector, I was using the unit in TX mode , I found that when connecting two speakers the transmitter down graded it signal to a low standard, the lag between the two speakers was extremely bad and the lip sink was a joke
You are 100% spot on but I will say that every modern unit I have tested has the latency issue when using 2 speakers as you are trying to do. If you do find something better would you mind telling me, so I could test that unit?
I tried hooking this up directly to my tv’s optical output. I placed the other end of the cable into the optical-in on the transmitter. I switched to TX, but all I’m hearing in my headset is a horrible sound sorta like jackhammers. What am I doing wrong?
Can you reset this unit? As in get it to factory state? It connects to a different speaker automatically after I accidentally paired it to that speaker!
Hi! Very good review. The 1V audio outpout you are reffering is about the analog out? You dont mean the optical out. The optical out should be better than the mini-jack audio output...
Awesome video! Do you have other transmitter recommendations for a better output? Also is there a hdmi to bluetooth transmitter to connect to my bluetooth speaker?
Hi ! If I want to connect it to an AV receiver with an optic cable, to watch TV with my bluetooth headphones ? How do I connect my devices together for it to work properly?
Hi there! I personally use this device with my Yamaha home theater receiver ( rx v765 ) to stream music from my phone. When I use the aux output from this device connected to receiver, yes- the output music volume is much lower then cd,dvd,tv etc... BUT...when I use optical connection to the Yamaha receiver ( burr brown DAC inside Yamaha) , the output music volume is much higher, very, very close to what we use to hear with cd, tuner etc. Extremely satisfied with music reproduction quality, also... Hope this help. Greetings from SERBIA 🙂.
please help out with an answer to a question for my particular case: can i connect my tv, smartbox, laptop, and 1-2 smartphones through bluetooth to it simultaneously? each one will be streaming audio to it, one at a time, but at least 3 devices would be permanently paired and connected to it, but not actually transmitting. will this product pick-up the connected device that is streaming audio out of the connected bunch and then output audio directly through the 3.5mm jack into my stereo amp automatically without me doing anything? if you actually tried this out it would be of great help to me. the idea for me is to remove all the signal wires i am using to transmit audio to the amplifier, and also have some adapter device that knows from where the signal comes from automatically, so that i don't have to keep going to the amplifier to change manually the channel input source based on what is transmitting the audio to it
thanks! so from what i understand the digital audio converter is not really good in this if it can't keep the stereo channels separated properly. i'm looking for a bluetooth v5 receiver to output audio properly in this price range. any ideas? appreciate it
These receivers are pretty good sounding, however IMHO these are better ruclips.net/video/X4TBIRx9FWw/видео.html I use these units on a daily basis and I do like the dedicated BT receivers. Also IMO I believe the DACs to be of better sound. Cheers
2 of my favorites at this time. ruclips.net/video/8AjZPbF8W24/видео.html And ruclips.net/video/BoZ-rWvpYSs/видео.html They are Bluetooth receivers only but have the best sound and have proper output level. Cheers.
Yes you can leave the charger plugged in all the time. As far as I can tell, when plugged in the charger keeps the battery topped off, once the battery reaches full charge, the circuit acts as a battery tender. Does this ruin the battery life? I do not know.
wow, first time I see one with optical in and out
Optical in/out does make it very flexible.

for $40 device, sure there should be some latency for using two speakers. even the expensive TX device has the same issue.

I see what you would like to do, but unfortunately with BT you can only stream one device at a time.

Thanks! Can you recommend one with the larger voltage output? (The 2V). Even if more expensive.

can you leave charge cord connected when in transmit mode use? will it continue charging or only if you turn unit off?

Hi, how do i reset my bluetooth transmitter. It no longer connects to my sony WH1000XM4
Turn unit off, unplug from power and switch from TX to RX then switch back to TX. This should reset the unit. Good Luck.
this is a very good device. for $40? really? that little thing is great!
Can I cannot to a subwoofer
Will these work with AirPods?
Yes
