The discoveries made in the last 15 years since Wonders of The Solar System have been amazing. We just never get to hear about them as they aren't deemed mainstream news-worthy, which baffles me! Really looking forward to this.

Mr. Cox is the David Attenborough of Space Science, he is also much more in tune with earth science than mostly everything out there. Lucky to be able to learn as much as possible from his common sense regarding our role in the universe at this time.

Prof. Cox said he studied the best public speakers early when asked to be in front of the camera and he said an important thing he learnt then was the pace that the best spoke at ...he found the very Fast talkers were not getting interest more than 10 minutes they were not allowing process time ...too slow was not good either rather its a conversation with the audience ....hes right .

I remember Brian Cox when he was in "D'Ream" as a keyboard player. He's very much taken over from Sir Patrick Moore who used to host "The Sky At Night" on BBC2. He's brilliant & always willing to debunk old theories when new info comes along. My wife likes Cox too, but that's a whole different subject.

I could listen to Dr Cox talk all day, his voice is so soothing. But also…the man is 56 and he looks 35, why is this not a question that comes up in his interviews regularly? 😂😂

It is unpredictable environment where certain evolution changes rapidly will slow

Regarding the new BBC series Solar System - Great. Another chance to listen to Brian Cox talking about the wonders of the solar system while the camera remains resolutely focussed on his face. Is this some kind of joke?

@@austenpowers I was merely expressing my disappointment. I am drawn to the subject matter, and as a licence holder I contributed to the cost of making the programme. But the show might as well be on the radio for all we will see of the solar system :) For the better part of the time we will be looking at the face of Prof. Brian Cox. No harm to him. I actually like the guy. And as for 'don't watch it' - What? Are you twelve? :)

Nonsense. We have discovered a lot in the past 15 years and this new series builds on this. Brian even says this at the start of the video so you clearly didn’t watch it anyway. 🤷‍♂️
