This has been going on for a LONG time, absolutely disgusting these judges aren’t held accountable letting these type of people back out on the streets to hurt more people!! Disgusting
Judge Edward Daniels should be held accountable for this. You could pull a random person off the street to be the judge who would probably make better decisions than this guy.
If a parent can be charge with a crime for their children. Why can't a Doctor be charged with crimes. For letting a mentally dangerous person out into the community? Also charge the city and health facility too. Maybe it would stop some of the crimes and murders!

Conservative politicians in Washington DC are responsible for this. Because of their cuts for social spending we don't have enough hospitals for psychiatric patients and not enough specialists working in this field. Lack of federal funding for housing also plays a role. We shouldn't spend so much money on defence. The funds should be redirected to housing construction, so that we have fewer desperate homeless people in the streets.

Only now that im approved for disability,NYS ,has decided to impose its own justice and put me in poverty. 12 years and only now that im on disability. Up to 65 percent of money they have not even paid me. Now the local office doesnt take walk ins. Since Minday and making full use of job scared minority bird digs to enforce arbitrary rule.
It’s the assault knives. Fully automatic and semi automatic assault knives did not exist when the second amendment was written. The second amendment is not absolute and assault knives should be banned from civilian use. Only the military should have access to assault knives because they are weapons of war capable of mass destruction. We need common sense knife laws and stronger background checks for knife ownership. A knife registry should be considered by the current federal government.
