I swear, when I get too stressed from life (college mostly) I watch some episodes of it’s alive and I feel better. Microbiology is amazing! Those little life forms are the best chefs ever. And brad is an epic mad scientist sending these soldiers in!

Just opened my jar of fermented eggs I started 4 days ago. They were more flavorful than I anticipated. No salt needed! I'll definitely make them again.
I’ve been binge watching this and Claire’s series for like a week and the post production team absolutely nail it.
That three part harmony really cracked me and I had to mention those efforts don’t go unnoticed. Absolutely outstanding work all.

When i was learning how to make bush goon (dont ask), i found out a fantastic method of keeping the oxygen out but still allowing CO2 to release: condom with a hole pricked in it wrapped around the top of the jar/crockpot/bottle. . . Co2 forces itself out creating a seal that prevents oxygen coming in. . . Works a charm
