Casinos don't offer perks to bloggers. Lol Not sure where you get your misinformation from. But this definitely shouldn't be considered a buffet. I've seen more of a variety at a dim sum buffet in China town

I like how honest you are with your review. Very surprised they charged you knowing that the warmers were not working. The dessert looked really good but not worth $50.
Awesome food review, very honest, no sugar coating it. I like the fact that you explained the flavor was there but also explained why after finding out the heating units wasn’t working properly why the food was cold. I can tell you wanted this buffet to exceed expectations but didn’t hold back still maintaining a tactful opinion about it overall. The cheesecake cookie did look tasty, but that tuna would’ve been hard to stomach with no taste. Im more of a pizza and hamburger guy also but expect the same quality when it comes to other dining choices.
Totally agree I guess one needs do decide where the honesty is directed...is it towards the audiece or the establishments critiques are good or bad they cannot be neutral. People spend there hard earned money and time on these reviews and when Opinions are drasticly differant it does bring into question the integrity of the reviews

I like honest food reviews and I’m glad your face doesn’t lie😆. Norma bless her heart, she was trying her best not to say anything bad about the food 🤣. The warmer units are no excuse for food not being HOT. If they’re broken you DO NOT serve food underneath them. I’m glad the cheesecake was the one saving grace for that buffet. This review was so funny 😆. I enjoy both your channels, keep up the good work 👍🏽
Never lie when they ask you how things are especially in a new establishment, thats the only way they know what is a hit and what was a big miss. Be honest and let the server know its in no way their fault, it's what taste good, what's at temp, what is over or under seasoned or what is over or under done or they have no way to fix it to make it better. It's a learning curve in new places its not rude in any way. I have cooked, mixed drinks bartending and served in a few restaurants when we ask, we do actually want to know the truth, not a sugar coated dismissal of the real question. If it's great you would say it was if it's not then have that same value to the truth.

Steam tables not working? Imagine the potential fines involved in that, because they can't maintain safe serving temperatures. Well done to you both for your honesty, as well as informing the management about this issue. You may have actually prevented people from getting sick. As for Resorts...there's really no excuse why the food was out if someone knew it wasn't safe. The staff needs retraining.
How can they even classify that area as a Buffett? Doesn’t seem right. Did the Resorts World people never go to any other Buffett in Vegas, and think this was acceptable? Norma was being way to nice, don’t think I could watch her videos because she isn’t honest enough.
Norma is always nice but I think she is more careful about being critical because of the sponsorships and comps that she will miss out on being to critical this is herfull time gig. But it might affect her credability in the future😬

Thank you for the honest review. They should have comped the meal if the hot foods were not hot or at least let you have an item off the menu to make up for the sub par "hot" food. A buffet like this may work in a different city at a hotel but not in Las Vegas. This town is the King of Buffets.
This was a very honest review and I am sure they will watch and make improvements. For what was apparent to be a disappointing experience you were able to still provide some positive feedback regarding the service and the yummy looking desert.

There are health safety issues with having food just sitting at room temperature. It's disgusting that they would not remove any food from the buffet that was not kept warm.
Thank you for the honesty Matthew. Derek of all you can Vegas eat at a restaurant there, and in his video the chicken they served him wasn't cooked through. He was way too nice about it. And yes the dessert looked yummy!
This reminds me of a buffet that they would serve here in the Midwest at your local supper club. But they certainly wouldn’t be charging $50. I give you credit for at least being hopeful with every bite you tried. Thanks for the honest review.

I like the honest review. I would probably pass on half of those items on your 2 plates....except that pineapple. I think the best thing of the buffet was the cutlery and the nice waitress. I won't be going there anytime soon.

Resorts World has a lot to learn about everything. Just to go to the pool and get a bucket of beer is out of control. Just down the next corner CVS has 3 24oz cans of coots light for 10.00. I walk there all day and I have!

I'm not sure if you mention it But I believe this is a free breakfast for top tier Hilton Honors members that they also opened to the public. I have never known a Hilton property to offer a good value in its restaurants, it's either bad or expensive and sometimes both. Thanks for sharing and Hi Matthew!
Setting aside the dairy explosion at the end (which was really rough to watch - for me anyways), pretty good brutally honest review. Cold food is the worst. Unless it's the "seasoned" fruit. What, did the fruit have some peppercorns on it? Some seasoned salt? I wish you could have elaborated on that more. But good job!
I'm sure a lot of us are in the food industry; with the bainmaries not working, health department should have closed this "buffet" down. If they can't keep food out of the food danger zone, they're risking illness for the customers, and charging $50+ for it. Sorry, nothing positive to say about this one Norma. Other restaurants have closed down for a lot less, and keeping temp is a necessity. I hate to think what gets by in the kitchen.

Doesn't seem well thought out at all! "The Kitchen" is an endearing name for a mom & pop restaurant but not for a brand new Vegas Strip Hotel.

Circus Circus has a buffet close by. A lot less money, and, last time I was there( June 2019), good American comfort food
