Consistently one of Glenn Tilbrook's greatest vocal performances. It's beautiful and amazing to listen to, like John Lennon on the Please Please Me album. That raw, powerful, passionate voice.
Most inspirational artist of the 80's if not the Lennon and McCartney of that era. Now Tilbrook and Guildford will have to figure out who's who and which is which. Cheers gents!
Great guitar solo! Nailed it, such a good player.

Spot on.we not have the great john lennon but we have the great Glenn.
@@paullynton-green6570 Tempted the birth I felt
His lead vocal on "Is That Love?" sounds so much like a young John Lennon, and his lead on "Hourglass" like a young Paul McCartney.
@@andyinoregon To these ears, Glenn's vocals are too mellifluous to sound like Lennon but rather quite McCartneyesque (especially on 'Mumbo Jumbo').
Such a laid back performance, these guys make it look easy ......
One of my favorite songs and such a killer solo on par with anything from Steely Dan
Always a good tonic, a good old fashioned pub rock band.
So great music !! thanx for sharing !!
Love these little venues !!!
I love those pub performances.

So good. Awesome even. I want Squeeze to come play at my house in Napa, CA for a back yard BBQ. I know, I'm being stupid Lol.

So cool! Audience smaller but alliegience larger than ever. Love it. XO
On home turf even..
Brilliant!!!
Good: this brilliant song from the Hope & Anchor.
Bad: RUclips now putting adverts mid-song. Because, you know, they need the money.
Seen Squeeze South station ,Boston .Mass,,,,,,,,1996 ,awesome
he recently played at huntingdon,.uk,.
without question very nice. However, what was Glenn thinking really? Did he actually plan on dressing like Fred Flinstone that night?
trust me. that's Chris Difford.

I could go without the tie, but I would love to have a closet full of shirts like his, in different color combinations.
That's why he looked so familiar!!! other than his handsome self that is : P
Tight as a ducks arse. Great song, Great performance .
I like their new singer, Fred.
I had no idea Piers Morgan was in Squeeze

Would agree there Dennis, but don't forget the Partridge-Moulding writing of XTC.
But they never wrote together.
This was the TZ7 - The TZ30 has very poor audio in comparison :(
Well done locals.
Was this taken with the tz30?
Now I'm dressed like Fred Flin-stone...
Wow really ? everybody says the tz7 is the best audio wise? i have the tz10 and is not been bad at all
Sounds McCartney to me
