Kong's body looks like he has gone to the gym a thousand times before approaching the scar king's territory. He's chest and muscles look like he's f**king a bodybuilder!
Why did he have to make do for 4-5 years in the hollow earth. Hunting and running, burning calories and gaining muscle mass.
and yet he is having a hard time fighting with scar king. kong is too slow and cant tank. its like strength type vs agility type.

@yolandabercinta4570 Oh, Kong can tank. One of his greatest strengths is that he almost always gets back up after getting hurt, and even then, it takes a lot to bring him down. In the novel, the reason he brought out shimo when he did cayse is that he knew kong could kill him yeah he's more agile but kong is just built different abd kept having to get saved by shimo

It's not really about him caring about Suko. Ofc he cares about him a lot but I think the main reason he got pissed is because this was his first time seeing apes like him and they were immediately getting killed.

What makes Skar King actually terrifying is that he's lot smarter than any kaiju's we've seen so far. He's not as strong as Kong, definitely not stronger than Godzilla but he has control over Shimo. If Shimo wasnt there, the great ape community can just outnumbered Skar but since he has Shimo under his control he has the power of frostbite

He is though. Even out of his prime, Skar King is more agile, faster, has a superior weapon, and has more experience than Kong. We literally see Skar King land several hits on Kong and nearly choked him to death before he got grabbed and ragdolled by Kong. In short, he had every advantages he need to take down Kong, but decided to take the easy way out and call upon his pet for assistance.
When there are a lot of them you kind of forget how big they are
As much as I enjoyed the movie. The sense of scale is all but disappeared.

And the fact that Skar King smiled at him just before he kicked the monkey into the lava shows he did that just to provoke Kong.
This to me proves we don’t need human characters all we need are these emotional behemoths so much is conveyed without any words

They are basically battling in a cave the size of the Grand Canyon inside of a cave that’s EASILY 10,000 feet high that could easily fit Manhattan & Los Angeles inside of it
