Depending on where they were looking and when the people dropped him off it's possible that they didn't see the kid on the street. Its quite a distance from the window of your car to the sidewalk or street. So to them, it might look like a random person running into the middle of the road at first glance.
It is not real, it is a tv show. You can't get mad at drivers for honking if it is not real...

When I was in hospital I was on blood thinners and I went to the bathroom, when I was in the bathroom I was still hooked up to an IV, my cannula fell out, there was blood everywhere. I felt sorry for the people who had to clean it up and kept apologising, I even offered to clean it up.

I've always tried to remember where I had seen Dr. Choi. I knew he looks so familiar but I just couldn't pinpoint it. Then yesterday I watch FF:Tokyo Drift with my brother and I was just like "OMG! That's Doctor Choi!". My brother just looked at me weirdly.

One of the principles in trauma management is to stem the source of bleeding. That sounds obvious but actually that can mean causing more trauma/bleeding to get to the main culprit. I will always remember what a speaker said at a trauma conference I attended (paraphrasing but remember the gist): if you need to clamp a whole lung because you can’t find the point of bleeding further on, do it. Otherwise you’ve saved the lung but lost the patient. Same thing happens in emergency vascular surgery-leaking/dissecting triple A needs more trauma to prevent more damage.
not a professional but from what i've read unless you nick a major blood vessel the bleeding from skin and muscle is generally quite easily managable and rarely fatal, at least when compared to organs. so if you got internal bleeding cutting open the chest plate is really not gonna be the game changer in terms of bleeding.

Loreal Jones he could be bilingual but Spanish is his first language so when he got shot he wasn’t really thinking clearly so automatically switched to Spanish
He might not be completely fluent in english so he reverts to spanish at times
I use the wrong language all the time if I am not paying attention xD like for example I am watching videos/ reading books in English and then a friend texts me and I just intuitively respond in English instead of German. With a few friends I am texting in English all the time anyway, but then there's those that only speak basic English xD
Edit: native language is German, I wasn't fluent in English up to the age of 16/17. The friends I text with in English are also native German speakers but share my annoyance with the language

Another possible reason for wearing trainers is because he’s a navy corpsmen on rotation soon to deploy so probably either doesn’t want to wear his boots as wouldn’t be appropriate for working in a Ed or he’s already packed them ready for going overseas

As far as I know, it's when a person gets injured in a fight so their friends pick them up and drive them to the hospital and leave them outside, so they don't have to call for an ambulance/bring them inside and answer questions about what happened which may get them arrested.
