Wow a 29min poop must be close to a record 🤣
Hahahah OHhhh my god!! Best comment I’ve read all week so far.
Lmao
Nice to see a Islander representing the low rider world. Keep up the good work!
I feel you on the safety glasses man. I wear glasses normally and can feel stuff bounce off them into my eyes. I even wore a face shield one time and got a piece of metal in my eye. Had to go back 4 times to have my eye ball grinded on to get the rust out. So now I just close my eyes lol. Jk don’t do that.
No lie man I get more in my eye while I wear safety glasses that's why I dont normally wear them when I do it cost me about 300 a doctors visit lol
Try atv goggles 🥽...
alexhoppos909 need some google wey
Same here. Every time I wear safety glasses I get something in my eyes
Y'all are in the "Making Dreams Come true" business! Watching every minute here!
No joke on safety. 40 years in heavy industry. Many hotshots with regrets. Just want you to keep making videos.
Alex, one day I will become one of your customers. I have a 1954 Chevy Bel-Air that I want you and your crew to work on in the future. It needs other types of work for now. I’m looking to put some hydraulics on it. I’ve had airbags twice in other vehicles. Now I want to experience my own hydraulics.
Nice cars out there in cail . You do Great work seen your other videos.
Man Alex your the best bro u really know your shit!!!!
Y'all do great work! Bad ass !
Same here. Every time I wear safety glasses something goes in my eye. I hear you.
So I'm not the only one lol
@@alexhoppos909 Nope. Just got something in my eye yesterday that hit my cheek and bounced off into my glasses then right into my eye..
VIC!!!!!!!!!HE IS THE MAN!!!PROFESSIONAL ALL ABOUT WORK!
Hope you guys had a Happy Thanksgiving another cool video👌👍👊✌💯💣
Yes I have had the same problem each time it hit the bottom of the lens then my nose and came in under the lens and straight in the eye ball luckily each time it was a small piece and I got it out OK no damage now I use a face shield just flip it down and of you go
Nice work guys good to see quality workmanship like this and letting everyone see what you do to do it right
I agree with your safety glasses argument I’ve gotten more stuff in my eyes with them than without them
Beautiful Car. The engraving is incredible.
I use both face shield and safety glasses whenever I grind or cut. Works great every time.
Hey UTI learned me to check oils and stuff too...lol
Us Asians got built in safety glasses hahaha
That's the West coast bro that's how we do it Cold or hot lol 😁👍👍
23:35. Has Vic ever moved that fast? Hahahaha. J/K. Love watchin you guys. Great video as always
Brian out here in Los Lunas New Mexico just got off the phone with TJ Tickler he said you guys help him out with the table in the back of a Ford we're almost done with our G-Body frame over here just need to cut out our holes learning more and more about Impalas need to learn how to cut out the bottom a arm to put bigger Springs stay up make sure you are safe wear them goggles peace out from Los Lunas New Mexico Piggly Wiggly detail
I know you're busy bro , but I'm almost in full withdraw and feining for some low low action and living in Alaska I can't go down the road and get a fix on some lowrider knowledge, keep them coming bro excellent professional work as always props from Alaska Big homie, and by the way it's -11°f right now outside my house and I'm jealous of the 42° you got that's the equivalent of 92° to me right now LoL 😮 frickin Alaska anyways, I'm updating this because again I'm starting to feel icky due to knowledge withdraw for the low lows bro where you at 😮🤔😶😐😴
There is a few of us lowriding up here.
About a month or two ago, you guys had warmer temperatures for a couple days than we did in upstate NY.
We had low 30s and you guys were up near 40.
@@MrTheHillfolk , yeah the temperature is 6° now and started to warm up, where I live it can be 10° colder than my neighbor a block away from me ,I love Alaska though I just don't like the winter anymore I'm over it and all I hear is global warming is rampant I call bullshit
@@ant9072 I met a guy in kenai who has a 64' on switches , nice ride but here there's no lowriders show like down south, I'll have to bit the bullet and start building one so I can get my fix anytime LoL 😮
You need to be in Anchorage. No big lowrider shows. But lowriders at every car show for sure. I'm rocking 2 pumps and 8 batteries. Need to order 2 more from Hoppos.
Bad ass 64 my dream ride black on black convertible!
Beautiful 😍
I love ur vids! I feel u on the glasses, I'm the same way bro!!!
I have had stuff get in my eye even with goggles and full face shield before (granting it was a rusty grimy car or truck) more then once, so it depends on the vehicle and the angle of attack if I put on protection, even then it's not full proof. Pro Tip* I keep a super strong, clean neodymium magnet in my first aid kit only used for getting metal out of my eye when it happens, only had to use it twice and it worked good both times.
Appreciate the explanations in your videos, thank you.
This was a clean video
Y’all wild and appreciate the vid
Another dope video i thought about running some power balls extentions on my 88 s10 but heard there not safe
Eyes and metal shavings tip:
If it happens again, and it probably will, unless you give up the "car game", go to a walk in optometrist (eye doctor). I paid that same $300 several times before I discovered that the optometrist did the same thing (probably better) @ $70-$90 and a lot faster.
Ideas on new videos , my wife was asking for the history on shop and your dad and how you guys all started, she also asked what is your ethnicity, race, cultural.... As for me I just like to see for G-bodys... ..and you guys are doing awesome job! Thanks for the video's..
Check out the lowrider roll models video on the shop it explains it all
Winos only I recognize the plate from one of caliboys videos good stuff Alex I've been wondering about those powerballs and if its even worth the risk involved that's a lot of stress on a bolt for 2 1/4" higher up front gotta love the view from the back when its fully laid very sexy 64 SS rag
It's TRUE alex I do construction work n when I wear safety glasses I still get either metal pieces or drywall dust in my eyes
Nice work, no modifications to the spindle needed.
I did miss a few steps cuz of the delay but we drilled the spindle to 5/8s
It is bad ass. You can't put a limit on what you spend when your creating a work of art. Oh yeah, WHAT ABOUT VIC'S TRUCK?
Three gold stars⭐⭐⭐ for Vic for good job picking and using the right tools not Just a crescent wrench Alex you can learn a lot from Vic🤣🤣🤣
I'm with you bro 💯%fasho
Cool channel man! Subbed!
Straight BALL in.😎😃
Ya'll should primer and sell those metal frame plates for the public. I bet they'll sell! Just put what kind of car there for
Lmao..man you to are crazy..great video
Alex give me your opinion on this... I love the high lock up, but those look very sketchy. Here's my idea. I'd like to build a jig for the spindles and it would use square tubing inside another square tube for the jig. The jig would bolt to the upper and lower ball joint holes. And you'd cut the spindle and then you'd use the jig to raise the spindle to a second position (because of the tubing) and then you weld some steel in there and the jig would ensure both sides are identical in geometry. If y'all sold 2-3" extended spindles, if buy them.
Keep up the good work bro 👍
Great Job on the video answered a lot of question Thank You
If you take a holesaw the size of the existing hole and take the holesaw the size you need it to be and put the smaller one inside the other and screw them together on the the arbour yes they fit like that you can drill the new size ezy
Beautiful car 💯
Bro hopefully once this channel takes off you can invest in a filming camera nonetheless some raw ass shit 🔥
Great looking car!!! If you want to use stronger bolts than grade 8 use aircraft quality bolts, the threads are not cut they are rolled which makes them stronger.
BTW the safety glasses look great and with grinders or high speed cutters try using a face shield. The carbide cutters could break off since they are harder but brittle and could chip apart and if the fly off since they are braised to the steal shaft, it wouldn't be a chip of metal in you eye, it would be the whole cutter in your eye and you could lose an eye. Seriously you will have the nay sayers but when or if it happens you can't go back and wish you had a shield on when it's to late.
Are they grade 9 bolts your talking about? I keep breaking the grade 8s.
Very good job and informational
Man I'll be riding one day
Alex, When are these gonna be back in stock?????
Hogged out the 3-bolt arm then realized the joint was 4-bolt? :)
90 degrees tank tops shorts and flip flops 👌
Thank again!
Never thought id see a vlogger who used to be on LIL.com
What is the solution for the opposite? I want to lay frame with stock wheels and tires on my 70. I already notched the control arm to sit up in the frame. When dropped the top ball joint gets in a bind before getting to it's lowest position. I was thinking cut the end of the top control to tilt it. Not sure that will work
Safety is always best, but I know what you mean about safety glasses. It’s like they catch shit that would have just bounced off your face.
GOOD SHIT! NOT CACA! 😁👍🇲🇽
Tell me about the weather. My girl is from San Diego and she moved to Ohio to live with me. Her first winter was rough. And fall and spring. Lol
Where do they get the cars from what do they work on to be able to get 64 to look like that.
Don’t forget to wear your respirator 😷😎🤙🏼but awesome video ✊🏽
You guys do Amazing work 💪#1luvcali
Appreciate it thank you
I worked at a tire shop for years, and I always got more shit in my eyes while I was wearing safety glasses then when I wasn't. I had to have metal drilled out of my eye because I could barely see.
Yea I've had them pull metal out it's part of the job lol
Not every time for me. But the one time I got a grain of hot tile in my eye I was wearing safety glasses
Drink every time he says "Right Now"
Are the A-arms extended ? If so how many inches
One of my Dream cars....
Do you guys plan on making a town car full frame plate kit? Thanks
Eventually yes not anytime soon would need the frame first
In Chicago that’s hot
I wanna hit the " HYDRAULIC SHOP"
BUT , the IMPALA is ALL original.
Just can't cut that out!!
TRUCK PROJECT.......
It's in impala they are meant to look good on hydros
I've had the same experience with safety glasses. Stuff flies up underneath. Instead of a direct hit. Have you tried the safety glasses with a padding along the bottom of the inside edge?
Do u guys only do impala lowriders
I thought you were Mexican Alex!
Raider Rey Na you can tell he is Asian
@7:05 Deposition covered😂
Do these ball joints bull dog \ / the wheels more when dropped?
Damn i was thinking about going uti lol thanks for letting me kno
Witch is better a wish bone or Y bar for a Lincoln town with the bubble top?
Does anyone kno if i should be using full stack coils with the 3in high lock-up ball joints??
I have coils that i cut 2 turns off and when i lock up the cup looks like its ready to come out of coil.....
Hay bro if you need any help at all bro just let me know what up if possible hit me up I'm willing to do whatever it takes to do the job bro no BS I like that tape of work bro 🙏
@12:23 Who doesn't like fresh nuts. great content keep it coming
And let me know the location I'm in the city of lbc.
Good stuff
U wuld think then engraved cylinder shafts would leak
Theres no "sealing" on the shaft on the shaft head has the o rings
@@alexhoppos909 damnn your right guess its been that long since I had juice i even forgot lol
What's the difference in these and the ones black magic sells?
i just wanna know why there is a crescent wrench in that shop at all? lol
Gotta buy another 64 now
Should have mentioned that the spindle had to be drilled to 5/8".
Ya with us being delayed I did forget to fill that part
Where do I go to get my cutlass supreme hooked up right
Does that make the tires straight?
It's funny I always skip the first 3rd of every video to get to the good stuff 11:37 and he starts working on it. This guy is great but I am only interested in the work that he does.
Hopefully I can get my seventy Monte to hippos by next summer
Stop wearing the cool safety glasses and get some that press against your face.
What are the size of bolts 5/16? Grade 8 ?
Do you need to grease them?
I stay snapping the bolt least 1 or 2 a month
Ima need those
Do you guys use chains for 3 wheel?
That song @ 26:33 sounds really familiar does anyone know the name or the hook
from the original?
Nice build! What size wheels? 14x6 or 14x7?
Pretty sure there 13x7’s
