*Thanks for showing so much love guys! I really love how the car came out! Joe and the team did an amazing job on this build! Thanks to Black Magic Hydraulics, Hoppo's, and Armando for the chrome parts! Thanks to all of you also for showing love and helping me grow my channel and keeping the lowrider scene alive! I hope to see a lot of you guys this summer!* ✊🏾
*......Mission accomplished!* That lock up and three wheel is crazy lol. Looks so good man, you did an awesome job on that! The ladder parts are hilarious!!! Great job Joe!! Can't wait to see it in person!!!
Nice! That's some really nice lock up!! That's what I'm looking for on my Brougham LS, whenever it's time to start that project back up. Keep up the good work!!
i see a family funday in the future and when he picks it up have your lincoln ready it would be a shame to have two rides and not cruze so he needs to plan a weekend plus it would be sweet to see the footage do a picnic thats how you make a good name for yourself word of mouth is 100% and where it is these days , alot of shops say thay can do the job but only select shops do it right the first time ,,, i love seeing lowrider builds , thay allways give me ideas of what to do to my lincoln in the future what size spings he running in the front 2 ton or 2 1/2 or even 3 ?
Kulturized CC not sure of the name. The car was already painted when it came in. I just took a picture of the paint with my color camera and mixed paint for the frame off that.
Yo RJ Tickler..That's beyond Nasty...That's Hella Sick! Yeah, Clean setup indeed..Wa state B.S Rules with Osha would have us tie off just to do routine maintenance..hahaha Good Job Brotha...
Gosh! You a bad man RJ, very clean work, I like how you bent the battery racks, bet that was a lot of measuring 👍 you definitely have a niche for this stuff, keep up the great work.
Badass Malibu bro...i had a question i just got my 84 coupe back from the shop i got 8 batteries 3 pump and high lock up and it wont hit three wheel on its own and cant hold up its acting like it has a 2 pump set up...lmk what you think could help or could be the problem bro thanks..keep up the good work
That looks good!!...i was just hoping u would get it back inside before that tornado hit...but those battery hold downs looked like they might be a little too close to the bettery post...
manofsteel no problem with the hold downs. They don't come in contact with anything, and batteries are secure so they will not move. Can't put them centered otherwise they hit the trunk hinges.
I'm building a b-body.. any advice on the lockup? I've only done g-bodys.. but I'm seeing allot of difference already.. like the trunk floor and where I'ma mount my bridge.. I'm going with 12" cylinders.. I didn't want to remove my rear speakers.
12 inch cylinders won't get a crazy lock up. i know some guys are notching the trunk floor on them and letting the C Channel recess into the trunk for the bridge. if you don't want to do that you can run spring pockets with a piece of pipe to let your springs sit up above the bridge so your car will still lay down pretty good.
So basically stick with g body's lol. I thought about the trunk notch but that just seems like a overkill to me.. and even where my stock spring perches sit is almost right against the trunk floor.. so even a spring pocket wouldn't do too much.. I been bummbed out.. but it looks like I'ma chop my trunk up because I really wanna lay it at least somewhat.. hey it's cool that you reply bro. Much respect for that one.. and your videos are coo.. they teach allot.
I'm not looking for a high lockup either.. but I do wanna do a good standing 3. But with the 12" cylinders in right now I only have about 4" between the cylinders and speakers.. so idk. I don't mind moving the speakers.. but I don't want cylinders smacking shit in there making noise
You can do 4 dumps to the rear pump to do a standing 3 with no chains...as you hit the switch up you simultaneously activate the dump for the opposite rear cylinder to dump...it works!!!
bro i got a 3 pump set up 10 battery 10 switchs.. my rear cylinder not going up...wat can i check......and i have new swiches..and 5 or 6 of then not working.....and i only hear the selenoids kick on 5 or 6 switches...u got any ideas
It’s highly recommended when you go above a 12” cylinder in the rear. If you watch the rear end on a lowrider when your raise the back it gets closer to the transmission. Which is why you want to have that slip in the drive shaft. Otherwise it smashes the drive shaft into the transmission.
The motorsports project lol I know how to three wheel. Obviously wasn't lifting both corners. The whole back end lifts with just one cylinder lifting. That's the problem.

YUP,NICE JOB !!
@10:04
I'D THREE WHEEL IT TILL THE BUMPER SCRAPES....

Dope fam!!
Wat size is the rear?
It's a high lock up👍
26 inch telescopic cylinders in the rear.
I'm building a b-body.. any advice on the lockup? I've only done g-bodys.. but I'm seeing allot of difference already.. like the trunk floor and where I'ma mount my bridge.. I'm going with 12" cylinders.. I didn't want to remove my rear speakers.

I bought 2ton precut coils.. already installed.. but I really wanted it to lay lower.. it's still stock height.. kinda disappointed
Jesse Smith yeah you'll need to cut them down. Or move the spot they mount further up.
So basically stick with g body's lol. I thought about the trunk notch but that just seems like a overkill to me.. and even where my stock spring perches sit is almost right against the trunk floor.. so even a spring pocket wouldn't do too much.. How much was that four link kit?
KC BILL think around 600-700 chromed
$795 for the upgraded option (super pivot) in chrome. That's what I have on the car.
@@RahFree where did you get the 4 link kit from

Sweeeet only 6 batteries? What gear you have running to the nose?
yeah 6 batts #11 to the nose
Good job RJ! I cant wait to see this car. Mel is going to enjoy the shit out of this car for sure. When are you bringing the shirts back.
703 CRUIZ'N thanks man. Hopefully soon. I have been tossing around the idea of getting my own screen printer so I can make them as I need.
You can do 4 dumps to the rear pump to do a standing 3 with no chains...as you hit the switch up you simultaneously activate the dump for the opposite rear cylinder to dump...it works!!!

Did you have to put a slip yoke on the driveshaft?

No ma’am leave it the way it is give you a reason to build another one

4 solenoids 3 pumps?

Not a hating but what’s the point of high lock up up and it can’t even hit inches or 3wheel smh .. nice build tho

Hey Joe what's your number I got a few questions I wanna do a Buick regal lowrider
Were you lifting both rear corners? Try lifting only one? I mean I'm no lowrider expert but you know. lol
The motorsports project lol I know how to three wheel. Obviously wasn't lifting both corners. The whole back end lifts with just one cylinder lifting. That's the problem.
