The first townhouse, the grill by the staircase and how narrow it is makes me claustrophobic and the choice of colours on the walls does not help.The driveway need to be paved and is that a zinc roof? It's a no for me, not even as an investment property. Way too many things to renovate and update.

That first is for home ownership?!? Naw man it must be a rental. It needs to be gutted the staircase relocated immediately. The bathroom room looked super dated like the 70’s . Basically the house looks like they added on every couple of years and didn’t have the budget each time. The blue is a beautiful shade that’s about it!
The second property was better but again the layout looks like every couple of years they just added on with a limited budget.
