Combat Mission is my favorite series Diplex. Keep it going please!
At the moment you mentioned band of brother i decided to watch that series again for the 5th time. Band of brothers is by far the best series i have ever watched.
The vehicle at 18:36 is a Flakpanzer 38(t) this was produced from November 1943 to February 1944. They entered service in 44 and some were given to the 12th SS Hitlerjungend, around 141 of them were built and for a Flakpanzer is has quite low gun elevation and allowed it to fight infantry.

Nice diplex love combat mission would love to see a series
Just a word of advise.... Get your base of fire up first... with spotters, tanks.. whatever your using.. once you have your line of base of fire to suppress.. then move your troops.. or get massive casualties. But they will not be as effective, as they may still be rattled for some time, especially if you lose your platoon leader.Even with 30 min.. it only takes a good spotter maybe 2min to get a read on what he can see. looks like he had some good firepower.. anyways. the learning curve is different depending on your play style. Lots of good videos out there. Thanks for posting Diplexheated. Good little quick battle map.

Nice video....The German units were Aufklarung which are reconnaissance....regular Wehrmacht.
The Flak units were Flakpanzer 38t units...Flak 38s.

Has Diplex ever done an imperial-era naval battle? I've been subbed for quite a while now, but I can't recall him ever making that scenario. Help in locating such a video would be great! But, if Diplex hasn't yet done one, let this be a notification to him :P. Thanks for the entertainment Diplex!

The Infantry running animations needs some serious work. They all look like the Harlem Globetrotters when they run. Or Scooby Doo when their feet move but they don't go anywhere.
+Panzer Commander And I get that. But that was the only part I have a problem with you know? Everything is in great detail. Every single thing on the tanks and the uniforms look so good. And then they all look like Munchkins runnen around.
Why is this game so expensive, the base game is still like $55 and it was released in 2011? And you have to pay for updates and extra packs. Crazy.
finally u got the game...and alt-t shows trees and disables them ..i think alt-w takes away shadows and shift-{or} up or down the textures for the models.....alotta kool hotkeys and features
Heyo. So I know this is the wrong video for it, but I was wondering if it was still possible to get the Red Rising mod for Men of War (1, AS, AS2, don't matter)? I can't seem to find any working downloads for it, but I really want to play it.. Neat game, btw. Might check it out when I'm done with MOWAS.

That AA Vehicle is on the Pz38t Chassis. Converted tanks from 1942-44. @ 18:46 One last thing the computer does not do well at picking forces. if you want a challenge.. then in picking forces in QB if you are not playing PBEM.. then pick the force you would want to either defend or attack. The AI does better obviously at Defense... you can always give the Attacking force greater % of material and men to make it even more difficult if your defending and you have the AI attacking.,.. but the game is best against other players, and in playing the scenarios and campaigns can be rather challenging.
New to CM - What do you recommend as the first CB to get? Normandy bundle or Final Blitzkrieg? Wondering if the newest FB uses triggers more to perhaps create a better single player experience?

How did you get the game to work in fullscreen? My game has black bars on the sides, which gets annoying after a while.

Have you been thinking about playing Combat Mission in multiplayer against someone? It would be a much greater challenge than any AI, and would force you to start thinking deeply about every tactical choice you make. It's one hell of a lot more fun too.
