That chicken came out looking great. I prefer dipping my chicken in the white sauce, putting it back on the grill, and letting the sauce cook into the meat. There are so many ways to make white sauce.

Is there an ash pan that contains the ash? How is it cleaning up the ash? I have a bronco pro and thinking about getting one of these.

Yes, there’s a removable ash pan under the charcoal basket. It has two large handles and comes out and cleans up easily.
