Looks great, can't wait! Not to mention what this will do for the equity of homes in our neighborhood. I just hope that the dues stay low and reasonable. Wish that it wasn't open to the public though.
Wait, this will be a club membership opened to all? I’m looking into moving to this neighborhood and this confused me when reading the fees.
They have they right to open membership to the outside.

Is this the one going in at Horizons 55+ community?
Would be super exciting if only it was included in the HOA fees and not and additional Club fee. Not sure how I feel about essentially finding a privately owned club, that has ability to increase fees yearly at its own discretion.
Not sure how they can force a membership on a for profit organization. It seems like a time share scheme.
if it’s an additional fee it’s probably optional
anyone who bought after 10/2022 it is mandatory to pay the monthly fee.
