Mission accomplished haha. The HOA is expecting the fees to be an extra $50/month range for the club area once completed (subject to change) along with around the $230 quarterly fee range for their master HOA -- those are in the Village and Azalea Ridge. It's a monthly regime in Horizons of $230/monthly.
That looks lovely but I was turned off by Lennar being the builder. As a structural engineer I’ve seen way too many deficiencies in their builds on the coast the last two years …
@@brandonj7440 I can't say I disagree with your opinion. I've had success stories with them as I have clients who swear by Lennar and love their homes, but on the other end, I have personally witnessed corners being cut more recently (since making this video) and they've implemented a clause in their new construction contracts basically stating buyers can't delay closing without penalty as long as CO is passed, which is quite deterring to me I won't kid you. They're also doing away with their 1 year warranty, which is yet another reason they're not my first option. All that being said, given I say these warnings to just about everyone I run into who's interested in using them, I have clients who still choose to build with them. Aside from the location, they have some of the most practical floor plans and are significantly less inexpensive than many of the surrounding communities, so they do get a lot of interest. On a positive note about the building process, I've found that as long as you stay on top of them throughout the construction sticking to timelines and getting the necessary inspections, I haven't run into any structural issues personally, but I can't say the same about cosmetic issues both before and after closing.
@@brandonj7440I would greatly appreciated if you can point out some of the major deficiencies of Lenner since I an thinking of purchasing a home. Thank you.
Growth can be a good thing to a certain extent. I do agree to a certain extent but they have done a nice job of keeping the charm of the area while building up such a large development.
Now you’re going to make us want to move to Summers Corner. What are HOA costs going to be when the club is complete?

Feel bad they cut down all the trees on the lots
