thanks , why was the first prestige with pool was 600,000 and the quick move in with out pool was 653,130 ?what incentives are they offering at this time ? is this gated ?
Sorry for the delayed response. The first prestige was just the price of the home without the pool. The second is a quick move in special that has a pool. Current incentives include reduced interest rates on both ARM loans and traditional 30 year. This neighborhood is gated but they are yet to install the gate but it should be in soon.
