- In this travel vlog we are exploring Lilongwe, the capitol of Malawi, and it is such a beautiful city. Totally different then when I last visited 12 years ago. I was surprised at all the changes, I actually barely recognized it. Come on a tour of my Airbnb as well as a trip checking out the city.

quick correction Petrena, NICO center has been there for more than 12 years ..should be around 20 -30 yrs old. The malls behind it are approximately 13 - 15yrs old, that's where used to house stagecoach company
Exactly what I wanted to say. That Nico center is more than 20 years. It has been there as long as I can remember.
I said the same thing. 12 years ago is just 2009 and all these structures were already there.
