      Try the safer single leg squat/deadlift variations:
      Bulgarian split squats, single leg Romanian deadlifts, forward/backwards/walking lunges. You use a lot less weight and protect the back, but can still get huge leg activation.

      It’s pathetic whenever a steroid user says “I still have to work hard bro” no you don’t bro. Building muscle as a natural is insanely difficult & painful even with good genetics. You can build muscle without even train with steroids…

      @@Mutant_Mods you do still have to hit the gym everyday otherwise it will just make you fat, but yes its obviously easier to see progress with the use of steroids

    He follows Mike memtzer's principal he also stated that he would hit legs only twice a month

      Yeah bro but he followed mike's principle for his upper body lightly.
      And he trained entirely different for lege.
      He did 12 sets of squats every 15 days but Mike did totally 3 sets for total legs including calves , gloots and hamstrings plus the quadruple muscle.
