I just found 199 is the older zipper pouch style packaging and made sure she had a good face screening, she’s such a treasure. I love the newer face mold and I’d love to find the right made to move body to bring her to life. She reminds me of an African American/Asian doll and I think her features represent that in such a beautiful way and she has such a warm skintone. I wish fashionistas came with more articulation like earlier years but the faces are really pretty, it’s lucky to find a doll of that value with a nice face screening that isn’t too pixelated. I see a slight difference but it could just be the packaging or way the head is tilted. Im so glad you found her and I sure she’ll make a great addition to your collection, and no one ever was unhappy with a bonus doll lol, I need more mixups on my future orders lol. The one on the left has her head tilted just a little more down, making the chin look rounder on the one to the right. It's the same facemold, the packaging difference is probably because they were ment to be sold i different countries and marketing is slightly different.

They look different the 199 in the bag is of a tanner skin the package is littler
