Her face is gorgeous but unfortunately I found out that she sheds a lot when I combed her. I believe the rooting was just plugged in and glued. It’s unfortunate but I guess we get what we paid for.

Thank you for posting your experience. I haven't combed mine. I'm not going to do that now. It's indeed unfortunate. 🙁
