There are 3 clear instructions you decided not to follow. Aquaseal +Neo is a contact cement. You apply one coat to both sides of the tear and keep them apart for 5 minutes. Apply the second coat to both sides and leave apart for 10 minutes. Finally place the edges together for an instant bond. Simple!
This stuff works, but two things for anyone doing their own... you're not meant to hold the torn area together after the first coat... the idea is that you're coating the edges of the tear so that when you apply the second coat, the two edges previously coated bond together. Secondly, for the sake of your future unborn children... wear some gloves and maybe a mask when applying this stuff!! 😷

Would it be possible to use this product to create like a silicone liner in a wetsuit or bathing suit for extra bra support? Like those silicone liners in a bra basically. I wonder if this product would “stick” to the skin

First layer glue - wait for dry 5 minutes.
Second layer glue - wait for 10 minutes. Press and hold ))
I can attest that, contrary to the video, the stuff exploded out of my tube and made a mess. Maybe something to do with air pressure? You should wear gloves and a toothpick or Q-tip would be handy!
Yup same here, mine behaved nowhere near the same as hers did. It came running out like water
Aquaseal - I put that sh!t on everything
All contact glues are toxic. As other commented: Gloves, mask, eye protection, and a well-ventilated work area are required.
