    This is a really great video. A couple of things helped me.
    1. The “knit row” refers to the “row” NOT the stitch on the needle.
    2. If the completed thread is on the back, you just completed the Purl stitch AND if your completed thread is on the front, you just completed the Knit stitch. Knowing this, I no longer got lost.
    Once I got these two tips in my head, the technique became very easy.

    This was a very good video for the sleeve BO for The Weekender Sweater. You should have added this to your tutorial. I was following the pattern for the cuff, did the set up rows and then, I got very confused. So I tried looking for tubular BO. I played your video at 50% slowing it down and replaying each step. Helped A LOT.
