This is how it goes when your clients are committing crimes and recording it to help convict themselves
Sheffield has been rude, dismissive, disruptive and cocky during this trial from the start. He and his colleague are being paid $100,000! One would think he would be better prepared and professional for that fee in a murder trial! Feckless!

This is a very strong case against the defendants, it seems like they are trying to sabotage things for the appeal.

I have very little faith in this culture's just-us system. That's why I stay the F out of it. It wouldn't surprise me at all if they were all found not guilty and given a trophy. You never know with this historically racist culture. Then there is a basically all "white" jury for these clowns. They would never do that for black murder suspects.

They were trying the make-the-police-look-stupid approach like the defense attorney tried to do with the Jordon Davis and his invisible shotgun trial. Make the police look stupid and plant in the jury's mind that items were stolen. We have an honorable judge who sees through this and reprimanded the defense attorney.

They knew the defendants were undifendable and therefore the frustration. They probably did it probono bc they were one of them. but oooohhh the judge settled him like a bad boy in kindergarden. Lovely!!!
As others have said, it’s amazing how patient this judge is and how he really holds back. You don’t have to be a law expert to know that in a court of law, it’s the judge who calls the shots. He could have held that lawyer in contempt if he had chosen to.

No items were stolen - period. Why should the police officer checked for stolen items in that house. Nothing was found on Ahmaud. If Greg was so intelligent then he would know the difference between a rocket scientist and a "Rocket Surgeon" as he stated.

Ahmaud. The Mcmicheals were aware of that. Me. English suspected that a Caucasian couple that sleeps under a bridge took Items from his site because he had seen them on his camera with bags.

Judge Walmsley was absolutely right. The behavior of the lawyer, Mr. Sheffield, was very disrespectful to the court and totally inappropriate, The judge made every effort to be tolerant and fair to all parties and is deserving of the upmost respect not just becsuse of his position as the judge in the Superior Court, but because he is exceedingly fair, professional, and treats all parties in his courtroom with respect. The parties in this case would be hard pressed to ever find a finer judge or a better man to preside over their case.

A burglary had occurred and it was being investigated. Just not on that day. English was trying to find out who did it. English said in his deposition that about $2,500 of electronic equipment, as well as a Yeti cooler, was taken out of the boat sometime in 2019.
yeah and Larry English said he wasn't sure where or when the items were stolen that's why he didn't make a police report but the narrative some are trying to paint a different pic bit but if I were to paint a picture knowing I'm lying I would travis is the one familiar with boat equipment and knows the value of those things and he has a boating company where he takes people on boat rides so I'd say he had more of a reason to steal the things I would also say travis himself says the crimes started happening right around the time he and his grown azz sister moved back into their parents TWO BEDROOM HOUSE THEY WERE RENTING THEMSELVES. But I'm not that type of person I won't make up a story to fit my agenda I don't carry hate in my heart for anyone especially because of the color of their skin that's just plane azz stupid and hateful.

This judge is manifestly bias and his rulings demonstrate that profoundly. The defendant's are obviously going to be convicted, but I imagine the judge's conduct and fairness will be prominent in the subsequent appeals.

The defense attorney is intentionally muddling the court. The form of questioning was a gamble, the interruption was a calculated move. The jury will need instructions from the court directed at this testimony specifically. The judge is loosing control.

Making noises, moving cups on the table, moving charts, rolling his eyes. Three sustained objections on the same legal grounds and he continued. How many times was this attorny warned not to establish the law? The judge only finally had to stop because my guess is the jury reacted in unison to this shenanigan. Or, the judges ego got bent. Even jury selection was bias. This court is a mess.

If you commented that this judge was right and a boss, but the judge in the Rittenhouse trial was biased and wrong, then you have a biased mind. Both judges did the same thing here, and infact the prosecution did far worse against the court in the Rittenhouse trial than the defence lawyer did in this one.

Caesarism Is Order the judge already instructed both counselors that the law as defined will be given to the jury by the court, and not counsel for either side for obvious reasons. If the defense and prosecution who are bias are allowed to influence the jury with their own interpretation of Georgia law, especially if it conflicts with the court’s definition then that is problematic for a whole host of reasons. Defense counsel is trying to indirectly skirt that instruction given by the court by giving legal definition to a testifying witness so that the jury will hear it, be influenced by it, and consider council’s legal definition to be proper. Furthermore, he is trying to mislead the jury into considering statements made by him to a witness on the stand as testimony in the case despite those statements conveying a false narrative already debunked by their client’s previous statements. That is not only deceitful to the jury, but highly improper and disrespectful to the court. This is why the judge dismissed the jury from the courtroom and reprimanded defense counsel. C’mon now. 🤦🏾♂️
