Greatly appreciate the fact that you don’t show your kids much at all in the video and if you do it’s only the backs of their heads. Too many parents put their kids in their videos and it hurts my heart to see small children being exposed online without truly knowing the extent of the actions that having those videos online FOREVER can do to them. Your kids will thank you later! P.S. all that food looked SO good and balanced and was super inspiring! Thanks for all you do 😊

Lobsters don't have a central nervous system (if I remember correctly, they do have a simple nervous system but it is far more simple than an insects even), so they don't feel pain. That said, many chefs don't boil them alive but rather dispatch them by a blade between the eyes, freezing them, and/or plunging them in to boiling water head first. A few countries have actually banned live boiling them as well.

@@actgirl1234567 too much salad, fiber, and cellulose causes ibs like symptoms even in those who don't have ibs. I'm not following abby's diet simply just making an observation.

For someone constantly factoring in environmental factors when it comes to meat and animal products while watching wieiad videos from others you sure do eat a lot of meat and fish and dairy. Didn't you say, multiple times in videos about others diets, that we should be limiting animal products?

Thank you for speaking up for animals and the environment Bella! I think this is where cognitive dissonance comes into play. Even compassionate, kind people eat animals and their by-products, as this video demonstrates. But the more we speak up, the more hope there is for a brighter, fairer, kinder future! x

It might be because she’s on vacation, I guess most of us it eat differently then. But I agree, for someone criticizing the intake of animal products of others it seems weird and a bit hypocritical.

@@bell58137 Oh well, then it’s just hypocritical. Also really unnecessary to add meat if you’re tweaking a pescatarian’s (?) diet who eats a lot of plant-based food. Wouldn’t that be perfect to show people how to eat well with a limited amount of animal products?
