100% agree with this, I started 10 months ago been going almost every Sunday, but I recently had to skip two weekends I came back and I fucking crushed. Now I got hard AF and then take one week off. My body needs it and I am finally getting better and stronger.

Had my first tournament the other week. Best advise I can give…. Grab as high on the hand as you can cause they may not be strict on thumb knuckle. I got smoked trying to be nice guy. Second. Feel free to hit early as soon as they are just bout to say go. It’s not WAL strict so people that jump early often win. If not you restart so use the foul .

@@papabilby8855 yes the elbow pain was bad in certain exercises like when I'm doing wrist rising with 45 pound weight hundred at a time 10 reps of 100 my elbow grinding the pad on this was painful and excruciating first couple of times but now I love the pain it makes me feel so good.
Props to you guys. Haha. Stopped armwrestling close to two years ago now and still have elbow pain. Especially when I sleep. Kept me out of the gym for about 6 months. I’m just not built for it. Played every sport in school and plenty of mens league bball all the way into my late 30s. Nothing tore me up like armwrestling. Wish I could tho.

Just had 1st tournament a week ago lost the 1st match bc I wasn’t ready 🤪 ended up losing my right hand but that warmed me up & got me rdy for the left arm then I went undefeated & took 1st place. I should’ve warmed up keep the videos coming please I’m a big fan 💪🏻
I have my first competition in 5 days hope to perform well i weigh around 70 to 73 kgs and my riser is around 28 kgs and ive been training for around 4 months
@@izzy0164 won the first round. But the endurance it took from me can't be explained. Lost like a child in the other two rounds. Currently focusing on the technique and especially the endurance. Best of luck for your match too. Will be glad to hear how it went.

Alse maby talk about what was like when you pulled on the Devon-Michael-event, and maby what you think it should be allowed to reach for in terms of getting a good grip, you are very insightful, maby you have some contribution that eventually sticks, you really are a dedicated armwrestler. How them elbows feeling? 🤣 I couldn’t make it through the pain. The joint stress is unbelievable.
