First time I armwrestled Devon I was 16 and my coach evan brought me to his house and it was pretty late when we showed up, his garage was FULL of people and they all surprised with just how nice they all were and they are incredibly strong, Devon has taught me a lot not just for armwrestling but has shown me a lot of life values

I think the first few times I saw Devon on a Juji or Larry video I didn’t really connect just who he was and how great he was to the sport… after a little research I would end up looking him up, and finding the same videos I lazily scrolled through and thought “Oh shit that’s the guy…”

i had the opportunity to arm wrestle devon larrat when he came down to lethbridge with Matt mask, I drove up to red deer the same weekend to matt's house and pulled with devon again there too. truly such an incredible, genuinly kind hearted guy. He isn't just bsing with touching 10 000 hands, it was never about competition those days. It was about fun, it was about smiles and laughs and the experiences. He put himself in terrible postitions for every single person and never hurt or hit or did more than ever needed. he kept everyone safe, gave wonderful, helpful advice, and really made our night down here in lethbridge

Devon is the guy that blew this sport up. As someone who loved to have a arm wrestling match with friends and have some drinks I had no clue how seriously amazing the sport was. He made me follow it like I follow MMA. Been watching MMA for 20 years now and now I am hooked on the athletes and the sport in general. Larry also is making big moves for the sport too. Love it

I trained with the Canadians while in the marine corps. Not only did they have better gear and weapons, but they trained harder, they were more cohesive and they knew how to have fun. Also they were allowed to have beards. They made us look like a bunch of sad puppies.

I trained with the Canadians while in the marine corps. Not only did they have better gear and weapons, but they trained harder, they were more cohesive and they knew how to have fun. Also they were allowed to have beards. They made us look like a bunch of sad puppies.
