Really depends on the studio. Hoping for either Science Saru (Masaaki directing, please!), MAPPA (sorry animators), Bones (Mob team exclusively), WiT Studio (Ranking of Kings team), or Studio Nut (Deca-Dence team).
MAPPA absolutely fumbled Hell's Paradise so no please (unless the team behind AoT picks up Dandadan or Hell's Paradise season 2 or maybe a completely dedicated team).
Whichever studio picks this one up has one hell of a task ahead. Such a multifaceted manga requires an equally multifaceted studio and team. Not only the over the top action sequences have to be impeccable, they also need to have incredible comedic sense and timing to clearly portray the goofy humor of the series while also delivering the emotional intensity of the serious moments. And dick jokes, lots of them.
The way that Japanese entertainment companies announce their announcements is always somewhat frustrating because there's always a chance that the actual announcement is for something less than everybody wanted (although they seem to have learned that they need to deliver more than a pachinko machine after building up that much hype).

As someone who has just started reading it and has finished the first volume I can why this will be peak anime for sure, I mean a lot of my friends in my anime club at College say that it's peak Manga and the anime will be fantastic.
I feel like CloverWorks studios will be a perfect match for this series. In fact, I am not a manga reader but I watched many animes released by CloverWorks and the belief is still there that they will fit perfectly for this series.
Considering the creatures we get to see in the first arc, I just want Bones to make the anime. They reminded me a lot of the ghosts in Mob. Their dedication in creating the modern classic that is Mob is something else and I want that for Dandadan because the manga deserves it.

Don't quite remember if you've made a review on The Ichinose Family's Deadly Sins but I'd like to see one regardless, It's been pretty wild recently and I highly recommend it to others. Haven't tried Dandadan yet but if it does get an anime adaptation let's hope for the best.

Kyoto Animation may have adapted the Maid Dragon arc where Iruru turned Kobayashi han into a man, it is possible that other stuff will be censored as well. Maid Dragon already contradicted itself since Fafnir should have had flame sacs, and help with To-ru, Lucoa, and Iruru's forms in being formal humanoids.

I actually relate to the mc of this manga a lot.. when he lost his balls it reminded me a time back in school when i went to the bathroom with my friend and he had a soccer ball in his backpack so we played soccer in the halway and he kicked it straight in my sack it hurted so bad i was numb but i built up the strength to walk in class like nothing happened
