    To make this better you make each green with holes in different places that are smoothed over, with cups in them and fake grass caps of course. The as you finish a hole you remove the flag to another place on the green then you always then you always have a trues 18 holes.

    Cool idea but they’re missing the flaw of how can yku have 3 holes for one green. There’s almost always going to have people queuing for the same green. Probably an incredibly slow round of golf to play

      There r 3 fairways. So I am guessing 3 groups can comfortably play. Seems like it would play better as a 9 hole

    I love golf. A lot. Watch often and play as much as possible. But it's videos like this that remind how inaccessible this game really is. I know the PGA and lots of other people try really hard to get this game to more people, kids in particular, but I really wish this game would properly expand so the talent pool got even bigger.

    A great and clever space saver! Unfortunately, people can't start converting 9-hole executive courses in the full-length 18's because balls would be flying everywhere. So like most great ideas, it only benefits the one-percenters.

      @@nate5353 No.. golf is 2 separate games. Fairway and green. If its all the same and you master the slopes its just a garbage course you beat your friends on. Double flags on the same green is what I would do for a few thousand in my backyard. Id rather play a real course

    This course is very similar to the Simon mansion (Simon mall properties) in Carmel Indiana with a handful of greens that are each for multiple holes. I would suspect a decent number of golf enthusiast million/billionaires have these in their "backyards", so not entirely unique.

    Crazy cool, but it's not 18 holes. Several of the holes are exact copies. Like 9 and 18 are the exact same hole. Same with a few others.

      if you follow / pause the scene where they draw out each hole, literally every hole is duplicated... so its a 9 hole you play twice, except the tee box on 8/17 is different... as far as i can tell. still cool

      Actually it’s like 6 holes 3 times!!! There are 3 fairways so each fairway runs into 6 holes, pretty confusing at first but once you see it you get the idea

    Many courses would be wise to build only 6 holes and then people can choose to play 6,12,or 18.
    It would save alot of money on maintenance costs and massively reduce the amount of water needed.

      It'd be way to crowded for that. Playing 18, it's crowded at a lot of courses on each hole. You reduce that course to 1/3 the size, and it'd be impossible. People would be waiting hours to tee off and let others finish. Many just would stop coming which would be ruin the revenue for the course. Not a good idea.

    You could buy a handful of REALLY nice golf courses for 60 million.
    It's a shame...north Florida has lost about 10 tracks over the last decade or two. A couple of them were incredibly unique and irreplaceable. Sad.

    Ok this is indeed creative but such a non-practical design. How could any first-timer possible NOT get lost playing this course? The layout is way too confusing to be enjoyable in my opinion.

    This is way waaaaaay overpriced. You could visit one of the nicest golf courses in the world at $500 a day every day for 90 years and it would only cost $16425000 saving you approx 43 million bucks and the 500 dollar golf course is always maintained and it looks so much better than this.

It would be like the average person buying a 40k truck and then this guy buys a 2million dollar moped, it makes no sense. I could understand him paying that much for better but he is not, even if it was only a littler better than other courses then could it be justified but it is not.

      Just got out for my first round of the season yesterday and the 160+ members of the men's league playing their opening round that day as well would disagree, not to mention the junior league, senior league and women's league that have similar numbers as well, plus all the casual golfers like myself. That's just one course in a small town(
