Thos machine is both the most expensive and the worst I've ever opened motherboard toast after three years of light use. Never again will I purchase a pfaff
Yikes! I have had no issues yet - But if its under 3 years there should be under warranty? I have had 4 machines from Pfaff so far, and had not had any major issues.

Thank you so much! After 4 hours I've finally succeed with 1 and 5 thread!!! Manuál and dvd from pfaff didn't help.

Big mistake in the video, machine will not be sewing with threads going over the handle. Threads should go under the handle
hi there, sorry to have missed that frame, but yes, all threads are under the handle BEFORE its "flossed" into the tension discs.
Can you help me with the thread tension on my 4.0? Im.justbtrying to do a simple 4 thread overlock on jersey knit and i just cant get it right!
