- This is the Top10 wildest wheelies that I have ever filmed at the Byron Wheelstand Contest at Byron Dragway.
You will see crazy mayhem and destruction from famous drivers such as Brian Ambrosini and his Orange AMC Gremlin, Chris Pearce and his Chinto Pinto, Jason Schubert in his Pink Olds Cutlass, and Wes Newman and his green Hollywood Camaro. All of these drivers and cars are viral video making machines and I just wanted to put a collection of them together for you to enjoy!

Why would anyone dislike that green Camaro, being black gray white brown what it would make it even more an interesting and bland do you want a car that says flashy all over like the green color does,
Why would anybody go out and destroy a car? got me beat.
For a $10,000 prize & done bragging rights people will do crazy things. They seem to rebuild them, so that let's me enjoy without feeling guilty.

I wonder, i mean its obvious to me how dangerous the condition of the car was. The prosecution would have pushed the point.

Im all for testing the limits and putting on a show but if a driver hasn't the sense themselves then at some point someone with a bit of something up top has to stand up and say hey, your done.

They need a small camera mounted under the car with a little screen inside so they can see where they are driving better. All kinds of options exist

This is a wheelie competition. Wheelie bars would hinder you in this competition. Besides, wheelie bars aren't necessary to most race cars anymore because now you can screw with the front suspension to keep the tires planted on the ground.
How can these guys ruin these beautiful old cars. Just race them, almost everyone wrecks. Damn shame.

I think the lesson of the day is, it maybe just ok to try and do the event 1 time, however on your second time, it’s a high chance of doin a highspeed board slide down the track up on the barriers like it was a skateboard doin a board slide on a barrier or rail, however an extremely expensive skateboard it jus may be..

Isn't Pomona south of Bakersfield? And also, don't hate on the 1/8 mile. Both 1/8 and 1/4 are equally fun.
@@HemiSlant6828 Its a couple hours southeast of Bakersfield. Far as I know no test and tune nights so that counts me out
Barona down by San Diego is open but thats only 1/8 mi and 2 hrs away from me
@@gordocarbo Dude, I drive almost 2 hours every race weekend to an 1/8 mile track. 1/8 mile racing isn't bad, and will save you a lot of money no matter where you go.

It's okay. Most of the wheelie guys aren't even very good at it. It doesn't appear they do any testing or have any strategy other than full send destruction.
Quit hating on stuff and just move on to something you like. There's just no need.
