of course! so to start put all of your tied off stitches back onto the needles, then with your right needle pick up 3 stitches going from right to left Here's a video to help: ruclips.net/video/M0iS93ZcopU/видео.html Then you can begin knitting in the round with your other needle. The reason why I picked up 2 extra stitches is because sometimes there are holes when you pick up like that, so the next row I knit them together with the stitches on the end of the part where I tied off to make it more seamless. If you wanted to only pick up one and just start knitting in the round you can do that too! you will just have to sew up those holes when you weave in your ends. hope this helps!
after the ribbing, the next step is doing 6 rows of stockinette so instead of knitting 1 and purling 1, only do knit stitches for 6 rows! hope this helps
I’m struggling to get the right count by the end of the thumb increases. I’m ending with 28 before you add the extra stich. I had 20 stiches up until the thumb increases and I’m only adding 8 stiches not 9 and there is supposed to be 9 stiches between the stich markers. Not sure where i am going wrong. Please help.
was really struggling with reading a pattern for mittens similar to these. you absolutely saved me THANK YOUUUUU
YAY I'm so glad
So cute I can’t wait to make chunky mittens 😍
YAY show me if you try it out 🤍
can you explain the beginning of finishing the thumb again? the video jumps and it's hard to tell how you got started with picking up those 3 stitches

Hey! I'm a bit confused about what you do after having done the ribbing? How do you then move onto doing the stocking stitch? Thank you!!!

If I’m using a thinner yarn, would I need to cast on more stitches/ do more rounds?
if your hand is same size as hers, cast more stitches. and you will probably need more rounds on every section as well

This was really fun and it would be great if there was a written pattern. I would say the finished mitten is a women's small, though.
How long did it took?
why not just knit in the round with 16" circular needs?
Where is the pattern?
No two needles not circular damn it!
