    Thank you so much for your lovely pattern and video! I knit the balaclava before you released the video and found it to be a fabulous pattern but this makes it even more possible for those who like visual assistance. I can’t wait to share photos of it once it’s opened on Christmas by my son‘s girlfriend!

    How do you manage the big loops at the end of each row at the very beginning of the stockinette. The last stitch before I turn my work around is always a huge loop 🥹

      I know exactly what you mean! I used to have the same issue. What I do is just pull it tighter at the end of each row and once I've knitted that stitch, pull it again. Also the good thing is that for this pattern those edge stitches won't be visible once the piece it's finished so if it's not perfect it's okay too ☺

    do you think it will be a big difference with a 80 cm cord?

    • @paulaonknits
      @paulaonknits  5 дней назад

      Not at all! Since the first part is knitted flat there's no difference, and when you need to work in the round you can always use the magic loop technique to make it work! Happy knitting 💛

    Other than the fact that you used darker thread, which makes it more difficult for me to see just how everything is actually locking & lining up after each change & turn you make with the rows of stitches, your verbal instructions seem quite clear.
